Sad news. I had to look it up in multiple places yesterday to verify it was true. Seemed like the last person you would think of to kill themselves but nobody knows what kind of depression he was going through. Seemed like a genuinely good soul to me.

Watched Mork and Mindy every week way back than. I heard there was gonna be a Ms. Doubtfire sequel. Does anyone know if the film was completed before his death?

There are four completed Williams films expected to be released posthumously: "Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb," "Merry Friggin' Christmas," "Boulevard," and "Absolutely Anything." Given his love for his craft and his fans, the final work feels like a gift left behind by the beloved actor.

"Williams’ three children were financially protected by a trust set up by the comedian, according to TMZ.com. The kids receive their payments at three different milestones: their 21st, 25th and 30th birthdays, the report said."

that's good

The royalty checks alone from all of Williams cd's, dvd's, tv shows, movies have got to be enormous. That is if they can keep them out of the hands of his ex-wife.

Another aspect that makes it selfish.

Imagine how much life insurance he had for his family that they will now never get because he voided the contract by killing himself

You really are a complete fraud. Someone that has a license for selling financial products of any kind would obviously know that suicide is a covered loss after the waiting period of 1-3 years, depending on the policy. You are a 1 cent/2 cent limit pro poker player.

that is 100% correct. They put that waiting period in there to deter people who are contemplating suicide to go out and buy a policy and off themselves. Stats show that if you have to wait 2 years to kill yourself for the insurance company to pay, you will likely change your mind. The actuaries have all sorts of formulas to determine the premiums they charge.

This is what I was told when my wife and I purchased our life insurance.
