I don't know what your problem is but I am NOT the Intuition Bet Boob! So cut the crap!!!
I am aware of the battle that went on between you two on this forum, even though I can't understand WHY or what happened as it doesn't really interest me.

It seems we are having a BIG misunderstanding here...as I have high regards for you and saw/read how you helped many players last year and are currently helping players with the panama mess.

My concern was the confusion I have about all the BAD PRESS on Royal lately (reports of slow pays and the pending sale the SBR just posted)

I trust SBR and that won't change.....but you really pissed me off when you showed me DISREPECT but NOT answering my simple questions.
This thread was NOT to harrass you as you have stated in your other thread here. I have seen and read the Chamber info on curacao books here before so I thought it was OK as it's public info....if posting that hurt you in some why I seriously apoligize as I meant no harm. But on the other hand it is public info, so maybe you should have the chamber remove or edit their site.

I started this thread to THANK roberto for help with panama and to clear up my confusion over why he was down there. As upto now I was under the impression that roberto was the CEO of royal, SBR just posted this:

-04/06 Royal Sports(SBR rating D-) Stalls and slow pays 8 year customer, acct ID 6721Txxx. Originally requested a payout on March 23, player has been told three times to call back for a tracking number. On the last request player was told the person who handles payouts "..is on vacation".

The above post on the SBR site site what caused me to finally register and post on the Rx.

I have grown TIRED of all the BullShit and B.S. propaganda that has been on the Rx for the last 5-6 months (that's why I chose the above posting name)

I don't know what to believe anymore and now I wish I never posted this thread.

Roberto and SBR used to be on good terms and now as we all can see in this thread they are both at each others throats and are taking each other to court.

And on top of that you are accusing me of being Intuition bet and attacking roberto, as that is not the case.

This is one of the reasons I NEVER posted here at the Rx...everyone here is finger pointing, over senitive and arguing like little girls.

Again I apoligize if I hurt anyone by asking a simple question about the reports I read on the Sports Book Review.

Well...

Neither roberto or SBR has answered my questions about the so-called reported slow pays at royal.

But SBR did post this yesterday:

-04/14 Royal Sports (SBR rating D-) Costa Rican sources report that Royal has been in Costa Rica looking for an office or a partner or both - Once a premier sportsbook Royal Sports continues to struggle with shareholder lawsuits, an active CEO who has supposedly resigned, slow pays to long time clients and an asset sale to mysterious owners who have yet to come forward. SBR warns players that this is a dangerous situation. Royal's current legal and financial position is uncertain at best.

So it is true? Is royal moving to C.R. ? or maybe they are just going to open a customer service office there or?
Or maybe it's just a rumor???

Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

And WHY is SBR and Roberto fueding??? What happened??

I can confirm that John and I get along very well, in spite of the fact we happen to disagree on many issues. Maybe that is the secret that keeps our relationship so cordial and productive, even if a bit confrontational and sparkling at times.

As far as the rest is concerned I did comment on OMW situation as I happen to know it since it took place before I left Royal in December 03.

I suggest you to contact Kevin King, current CEO, to obtain updated information and his comments.

I start this thread thanking Roberto for helping panama players, and I asked him to please clarify what's going on with royal because I am scratching my head as to why he helped panama players but not Royal players that have been complaining about not getting paid etc

Royal has been slow paying since last year when they slow payed me. I posted for 3 months about them assholes. If you sent them money, good luck getting it back. Most posters on this site were defending them and wishing them luck getting back on their feet. Any money they get their hands on they burn off. When I did bet with them it took them 2 minutes on thee phone to book a simple BB bet for $500. They are clowns. Stay away and let them die and go away.

Yes, I'm fine with Roberto, TOW and even Royal but that does not mean SBR is going to stop warning players when needed.

This is a tough business but its certainly not personal.

This reminds me of last year when SBR severly downgraded Royal a month before the slow pays of '03 started. I went to Curacao and had a great time with Roberto but they stayed on the Black List.

1) I quit Royal on December 7th 2003 ;
2) I have a friendly relationship with John ( sbr ), albeit we have different views concerning the business.
3 ) I don't need to get myself known. The people I have the honor to represent in Panama have gotten all or some of their moneys; many others are still waiting in line. Maybe this DOES make a difference, don't you agree ?
4) I am busy trying to work out a final solution to the Panamian problem.

Now, given the above mentioned answers I trust you will follow your "intuition" and move on.

I gave royal numerous dollars and asked for one payout and was slow payed until i ended up giving it all back. I was told when i signed up that payouts were processed with tracking number in one day.
