OMW, I have now understood who you are. Your problem started back in November, and it was my decision to credit back your cards after having paid your legitimate winnings only. Yes, the single bets, not the ones you had managed to place circumventing limits. Kenneth had tried to reach you over the phone without success. This is why we left a message in your account. Account which you accessed but failed to call us.

I do not regret my decisions, and I am actually proud that Kevin has kept them. We both know, you and I, that some books have had problems with your chargebacks, hence I decided to have your cards credited back.

This is as far as my memory goes. If this is you and this is your complaint than be my guest and blame me. I know I did right, I know you circumvented limits, we had told you BEFORE games went off the board.

I also know of 4 books who would be delighted having you do the right thing with them.

One,it don't really matter to me.Never played at either place.I think most of the posters here can draw thier own conclusions.But I have a problem believing that this thread was not started as a slap at Roberto.Which to me is just petty bullshit.Especially when coming from a quote/unquote first time poster.Anyone put a line up on that.The posters here aren't that stupid.I also believe that IB should be spending his time seeing that players get paid from the book he shilled rather than be wasting it doing this.Hey,but that's just my opinion.

Agreed OMW. Btw, when you spam lawyers to obtain no cure assistance you should make sure than only one jumps on the bandwagon.

Once this fundamental detail will be cleared, then you'll be able to go to Court, present your case and the Court will decide.

Whatever decision both parties will make it public. Sounds like a deal ?

OMW, who has admittedly circumvented limits hence double bets have been cancelled PRIOR to the game going off the board feels entitled to go to Court. It is is right to do so.

Wow, so much shit going around and it'll soon stick to all the wrong places.

There are various issues that need to be addressed here:

1. Roberto's mission in Panama.

I personally have a lot of respect for what Roberto is doing. If he can get the BetPanAm players paid, then please let him help them. After all, nobody else is helping the players.
It also takes ballz to go face a whole bunch of politicians backed up by drug lords and ask them to pay up what's owed.

2. Stop the propaganda

Reads like Intuition Bet to me.

3. 3. SBR reports

I'm partially behind those reports, along with a TEAM OF PEOPLE. And you guys can rest assured we're contacting all the parts involved when we get a new complaint. If you guys want to double check, call Kevin @ Royal, Jake @ Sportbet or any other GM and ask him if we have not called them to double check the facts before posting the info in the wire. Sometimes, we can't go beyond the screening process, but we try.

At the moment, Royal seems to be going through moments of financial hardship. We're reporting the facts resulting of our various phone calls to Royal, players' feedback, inside info and extensive research.

4. TOW

I don't give a flying fvck who the man behind the operation is. Just stop copy/pasting the content of SBR so shamelessly. It's aggravating to work your ass off, just to see somebody else copy the results of your hard work.

I agree that the more reporters exist out there, the better info the players will get. But what good will do to the players if they get to read the same info 2x?

Not close OMW, but this problem took place in November when I still was Royal Sports Managing Director. Hence, although no longer in that position, I am aware that I might be called to Court as witness.

I would of liked to of seen the case Roberto refers to go to mediation. Maybe it still could.

Basically Royal said if they find a postup player who has chargedback at another book then Royal has the right to revoke his earned bonus, slow pay his deposit and no pay him any winnings.

Keep in mind the player does have references from top books that never had a problem with him. But Royal is correct that the player has a chargeback history.

This is a good case for Philo or someone of equal respect to lead a mediation and develop some offshore case law history.

It's difficult for me to see a book allow a player to bet and when he has won tell him no you scammed xyz book so we don't owe you anything. I can also see the books point.
