Can't watch any of the friendlies. I'll be busy watching paint dry. I'd rather grate my face than watch an England friendly. The players all turn into useless cunts. I reckon prisoners at Guantanamo are subjected to the misery of watching all England international matches as a form of torture.

Stay clear of them bro, save yourself the time and misery. But... I'm holding out a bit of hope that England vs. Spain will actually be a decent game. Would love to see Spain absolutely batter them. But, apparently the Spanish people are hoping they lose badly so their coach Aragones gets sacked.

That would have been a good match to see. It's just the thought of watching an England game that fills me with dread. Unbelievable how bad they are considering some of the great players they have, and the fact that they're without doubt the richest football country.

I hate the England national football team. I hate the English footballing media. You'd probably get alot of English people agreeing. I know of plenty. The reason is that England and the Premier League is constantly touted as the best football league in the world. It isn't. It's the richest league in the world. When you know how much money the players, the management, and the football authority are making, you're completely disgusted to see that on the pitch they're awful. The appointment of the new manager was a joke. He's a stooge called Steve McClaren. He's following on from his predecessor in lacking the guts to make big decisions that every fan feels they could make, namely dropping the 'star' players in favour of experimenting with others. It's frustrating that despite all the money and the hype, the team is very ordinary.
I think there's definitely a large section of England football fans who want England to lose so that it instigates some kind of huge change in the management, the team, and the setup. And also, so that it leads to a change in youth development. It's completely obvious that most English players aren't at the same technical level as the other big footballing nations. It's pretty pathetic that they can get outplayed by teams like Macedonia.
It's not some kind of homer hating. I'd like to see England play well and succeed, but when you realise the level of incompetence, it pisses you off. Club football is so much better, and more important to alot more people in the UK.

There was that draw. Also, a couple of months ago they had to play them twice in the qualifying group for the European Championship. Macedonia outplayed them twice. MACEDONIA! By no means do I want to cause offence to them, but it's a country that hasn't been around for more than 15 years, without a strong domestic league. England beat them away, completely undeservedly, and then drew 0-0 at home.
