Actually it's been quite the opposite. When something good happenes, it's in Spite of Obama. When something bad happens, it's Obama's fault.

I am talking about what Obama does..... Not what partisan people on either side do.

Laughable idiot and loser wasting the forums time creating threads about a topic he is utterly clueless on.

Remember:

[h=2]Switching Forums after 7 Years! Looking forward to it Here![/h]
Alright, been an active member of another forum across the street for over 7 years. I'm a software developer and work at my home office most days so I'm on the computer a lot. Also built some sweet tools for bet tracking in the other forum that we used for the NBA season. I just can't stand some of the people there and the mods just do not respect posters. Very excited for coming to a new place and meeting new people. I created an account here 3 years or so ago because some guy from the other site wanted me to argue some econ with another poster, haha... so I never really got to get in to the site.

Anyways, just wanted to introduce myself because I'll be here quite a bit.

By the way, the utter lawlessness of the President isn't "doing his job"

But of course the absolute moron who started this thread can't grasp that.

He's compromised Continuously. Sequestration, lowered the threshold on the tax increase to the wealthy drastically. Tried to make the phase in of Obamacare less rigid, more flexible. And even that's not good enough for the Wingnuts that control the R's now. They made it clear in his 1st term they weren't going to work with him, that their only objective was to make him a one termer. When that failed miserably, I thought they'd come to their senses, try and work with him for the good of the Country. I was dead wrong. They've tripled down on the crazy and the unwillingness to work with him.

These lies are laugh out loud funny.

Obama did not "lower" any threshold on the tax increases. You can read about it here. He wiped out the Bush tax cuts.

And, Obama has not provided any "flexibility" with ObamaCare, he simply ignored the statutory deadlines established in the law. Note, you do not care about this, the rule of law.

The correct analogy here is for a Republican President to declare, by a rule from the Treasury Department, that the effective federal income tax rate for the State of Texas is now 11% for all residents of Texas.

I am quite certain if that happened you would be here boasting that said President made the tax code 'more flexible' and 'less rigid'

Absolutely positive.

You are a silly and pathetic Obama cheerleader who takes to the Internet to lie about Obama in order to (badly) defend the indefensible.

That was when the R's were a somewhat sane party, who cared about the Country. Now, their main objective is to prevent anything from getting done, and then blame Obama for not getting anything done, and sue him when he tries to get something done.

What, exactly, is Obama "trying to get done" by delaying the implementation of his signature health care law he rushed around the country saying America needed?

Notice, you quite literally have no understanding of the Constitution of the Separation of Powers. Not only do you not understand, you don't care. You are here to reflexively cheer for Obama and presume Republicans are "bad"

Article I of the Constitution vests all legislative power in Congress. Article II imposes a duty on the president to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” When a law is unambiguous, the president cannot rewrite it to suit his own preferences. “The power of executing the laws,” as the Supreme Court emphasized in June in Utility Air Regulatory Group v. EPA, “does not include a power to revise clear statutory terms that turn out not to work in practice.” If a law has defects, fixing them is Congress’s business.

These barriers between the branches are not formalities—they were designed to prevent the accumulation of excessive power in one branch. As the Supreme Court explained in New York v. United States (1992), the “Constitution protects us from our own best intentions: It divides power among sovereigns and among branches of government precisely so that we may resist the temptation to concentrate power in one location as an expedient solution to the crisis of the day.”

The barriers also reflect the Framers’ belief that some powers are better suited for a particular branch of government because of its institutional characteristics.

The Supreme Court has already responded when this President’s law-breaking has been challenged by private parties. This past term the Supreme Court rebuked the White House for its unilateral overreach in appointment powers (Noel Canning), unlawfully rewriting the Clean Air Act (Utility Air Regulatory Group) and infringing on religious freedom (Hobby Lobby). . . .

Using the absolute moronic world view of guesser and the alaskan idiot, the Supreme Court should have never ruled on these cases because Obama was trying to 'do something'

You can't parody how silly and stupid guesser and the alaskan idiot actually are.

If only Republicans gave little Barry free reign to implement fratfraud-o-nomics the economy would be super duper prosperous!

The Moron Addresses His Minions In Kansas City

Obama to GOP: 'Stop just hating all the time'

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Pointing the finger at Republicans for congressional inaction, President Barack Obama chided lawmakers Wednesday for spending the waning days before their month-long summer break trying to sue him rather than addressing economic issues that could boost the middle class.
Related Stories

"Stop being mad all the time. Stop just hating all the time. Come on," the president said in a boisterous and sharply partisan speech in Kansas City.

Addressing about 1,500 supporters at the historic Uptown Theatre, Obama cast the stalemate in Washington as a personal reaction to his presidency, accusing Republicans of choosing political stunts to undermine him over taking action on issues like immigration, transportation spending and tax reform.

Obama's tough talk came hours before Republicans were planning to push a bill through the House authorizing a lawsuit against Obama and accusing him of exceeding his powers in enforcing his health care law. Obama dismissed the suit as a waste of time, noting he'd likely be out of office by the time it's resolved and warning that taxpayers were on the hook for the legal expenses.

"I know they're not that happy that I'm president," Obama said. "I've only got a couple of years left. Come on, let's get some work done. Then you can be mad at the next president."

At the same time, Obama offered an optimistic assessment of an improving U.S. economy on the heels of new data showing strong growth in the second quarter of the year. "We hold the best cards," he said. "Things are getting better. The decisions we make now cold make things even better than that."

Embracing the populist economic message that Democrats are promoting ahead of the midterm elections, Obama said he was glad that stock markets and corporate profits were booming, but said the country must ensure that the middle class has opportunities to take part in that prosperity. It was a theme the president underscored the night before over ribs and beer as he shared a barbecue dinner with four Kansas City residents in an effort to highlight the struggles of working Americans.

After his speech, Obama meandered along picturesque Main Street in nearby Parkville, Missouri, popping in shops and greeting folks with an iced tea in hand. He cajoled patrons of Parkview Coffee to let him pay for their drinks. "It's not that often the president buys you a cup of coffee," Obama said.

Do as I say. Not as I do.

Texas Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee asserted on Wednesday that the GOP vote to sue President Obama was just a disguised attempt to impeach him. And the Democrats never tried to impeach Bush.

I ask my colleagues to oppose this resolution for it is in fact a veiled attempt at impeachment and it undermines the law that allows a president to do his job. A historical fact: President Bush pushed this nation into a war that had little to do with apprehending terrorists. We did not seek an impeachment of President Bush, because as an executive, he had his authority. President Obama has the authority.

Except that the Democrats did try and impeach Bush in 2008, H.RES 1258. And Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee was a co-sponsor of such bill.

When he shows up, it's a photo-op, when he doesn't show up, it's because he doesn't care. You guys got to be a little less obvious with your hypocrisy.

They can't help it. They know no other way then to be hypocrites.

Senator: Obama’s ‘Hating’ Jab At GOP Sounds Like Junior High Taunt

Chuck Ross

President Obama’s remarks Wednesday that Republicans are “hating all the time,” sound like a junior high school-level taunt, according to Missouri Republican Sen. Roy Blunt.

At the Kansas City, Mo., speech Obama complained that Republicans refuse to work with with him to address the nation’s issues.

“We could do so much more if Congress would just come on and help out a little bit,” Obama said. “Stop being mad all the time. Stop just hating all the time. Let’s get some work done together.”

In response to the dig, Blunt, a Republican, told reporters that Obama’s remarks were “the kinds of things that happen in junior high, when you say that somebody else is a really bad person.”

“That is no way to begin to work with that person,” Blunt said, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Don't worry Republicans, we know exactly how you feel.

Imagine if the political system forced us to work with infantile hate-spewing left wing loons like The Guesser and aktard.

The response would be unanimous and unequivocal: HELL NO!
