Made my last post before I saw THAT obviously. I'll be serious in this one. That is not true AT ALL. The majority of Jews are D and we've been through the reasons in here many times before. There are more Jews who support Israel than are anti-Israel by a wide margin. My whole family is D and I'd break them down the same way I would all Jews in the US. 95% of them not only believe in Israel's defensive actions, they also feel Israel has a responsibility to protect it's civilians. Now most would prefer the conflict be resolved diplomatically yet they realize it cannot be with those who oppose Jews breathing, period. Of the other 5% 4% of those believe (The J-Streeters) Israel should "do more," whatever the Fuck that could possibly be, to reach a peace deal. The other 1% spout the Palestinian occupation rhetoric and have their head further up Chomsky's ass than Guesser in Obama's. LOL, sorry Guesser.
Overwhelmingly Jews support liberal causes. I agree with them on many of those. Foreign policy is USUALLY not in the top 10 on most people's lists for choosing a president. This is true of all Americans. For me it's different. I favor preemption to threats on America and I'm very pro-Israel. I'm a liberal. But due to my priorities regarding the ladder of issues I won't vote for one.
Scott,
What liberal causes does the Jewish community support? I am just curious. Seems like it is a little backwards but I don't know enough about the community except through business dealings......which they are hard as hell to work with. Great families, but just tough in business.
