Looks like the pumpers got caught with their pants down by the SEC, must not have gotten out in time. Still trying real hard to get people not to sell tomorrow. My guess is they bought back in around .44c and are really hoping they can at least get that back before PRED closes the doors. What a bunch of thieving crooks.

If trading had been halted at .82 cents last week, how did it open at .36 cents today? Was pre-market selling allowed?
I haven't owned any, just curious.

Could have been a market order at the open.
I only own a little of this and I did it against my better judgment because of the recent management questions.
The connection with Wellgistics I thought gave this a bit more credibility although it looks like the test info has been removed from the Wellgistic web site or I didn't see it.
PRED is still listed as a partner but....who knows.

I will say beating Bruce up for investing here is just lame...It's doubtful Bruce knows anymore that any other retail investor.
As they say DO YOUR OWN DD and if you don't and lose money then that's on you.

Good luck fellas

Yep.. Just a little personal history .
When I was a kid I'd go to the track a lot (Hollywood park) the place was a great dump.
I knew a bunch of the trainers ect. there was this guy we called (fuck you Paul) because he was always telling people to fuck off.
Fuck you Paul calls me one night and tells me he has a race that was basically fixed running the next day and he has the long shot "winner" on a reputable tip.
FUP was money and even though he was always telling people to fuck off people love him..he was straight shooter.
The next morning I go to the bank get what I think is a huge some of money in those days..all the way to the track was thinking about what I was going to buy with my winnings.
I still remember the horses name "Dancing Tim" it was a maiden race and I think it was a mile.
So when the race comes around and Dancing Tim isn't the long shot but isn't far off odds wise from the long shot..of course my greed isn't matching my expectations for my expected "winnings". what do I do? I march over to the amazing cash machine withdraw more cash because the "win" won't be enough with the cash I brought.
I start thinking exotic, 11 house field why not try to hit a TRI ..normally I might have just boxed an exacta in this case but why?..big pay day so..
I wheel the entire field keying "Dancing Tim" as the winner it wasn't cheap and I was in my early 20's.. Dancing Tim ran like he was on Xanax .. it was like watching a slow motion video with all the other horse some how sped up... I was crushed.
First thing I do is look for Fuck You Paul...I was pissed and had my own fuck you for him.
What dose he say to me...First thing he says is "When I see a young kid like you at the track all the time I see a loser" ouch "Fuck you Tim"
Then he says to me what sort of idiot takes advice from a stranger person called " Fuck You Tim" and that nothing in life is granted.
I never saw that guy again and I did cut back on the track... it's a lesson I too have had to learn in the stock market a few times as well.

so those of you that got burnt here so far don't look to "Fuck you Paul" to take out your frustrations maybe don't spend so much time at the track.

Great story lol.
Btw I've been going to the track for 40 plus years. Have owned 100s of horses. Mostly bad investments those horses.

Man... that's a lot of ponies
I almost bought into one a few years ago with a group..You know the story I'm sure.. Kentucky breed it was a deal bought at the Keeneland sale..between the training/ vet bills and that the house was basically running dog food in the end I feel like I dodged a bullet.
I still love the track...spent a funny thanksgiving at aqueduct but that's another story

Wish these kind of things stayed behind closed doors. I'm sure every company has legal issues but they never look good as they drag on in the public eye.

Great story. I've been there and also learned the hard way. Those who frequent the track all have stories like this.

But that is precisely where I learned to never (at least completely) trust touts. That lesson has spilled over to life and my skepticism of many things that others take for granted. News reporters and pundits are touts today too. That includes financial "touts". Be wary of all info that appears to lead to a bed of rose petals. Generally the thorns of the rose bush show up first.

Bruce, Pred has traded for two sessions now after coming off being halted and you have nothing to say? Down over 50% from where it closed before the halt in trading. You who said "bring on the investigation". You have No comment?

It makes zero sense that the SEC was able to halt trading in PRED ( along with 23 other companies) for 10 days, then after the 10 days expire, let the stock trade again on the grey sheets without some type of resolution of the results of the investigation. I have never seen anything like this before, and I got licensed as stockbroker in 1985 ( no longer in the business btw) Why the halt? Was it just to freak people out since you took away their liquidity for 10 days? Of course the stock is going to trade down and they knew it . If you needed more time, extend the halt. If you were going to allow trading prior to this issue being resolved, why halt it at all ? Is it possible the SEC officer in charge got a big fat envelope by the shorts, designed to destroy the equity again, create panic, and then maybe give the shorts a chance to cover before the SEC comments, or PRED is allowed to make a public statement?
At this point we all have to wait, but the good news is I do think this is the last straw to get management off their ass to finally get more aggressive . Rumors around that if and when the shipment comes in from china finally, PRED is investigating buying a publicly traded shell already on NASDAQ

Not for nothing but I first posted on PRED at 1.16 and the stock went to what, almost 7 I believe ( I try not to look, and just blank that period from my memory )

Come on guys, there have been worse picks in the financial forum

If I wasn't so committed to the story, and traded like I was trained, instead of buying more on the way down, I should have pulled my risk capital out and rode the rest. Hopefully some of you were smarter then me

If Im right though, I still believe this stock will be 100. The potential is enormous but we will have to see how much will the company has to continue fighting this virus, and im not talking about the covid one
