I think this is good as now the company will forced to defend themselves

The sad part about these pump and dumps is that by the time the SEC steps in, the perps already made their money and are long gone, leaving the bag holders in even more ruin. Probably some legal action, doubt anyone will do jail time though many deserve it.

Another stupid post . The only negative is the trading halt . Its a shame they panic people and not allow the stock to stay liquid . There are 20 companies caught up in this net

Im sure the shorts were getting squeezed on many plays where the stocks were going up . You dont think these people are above greasing a few people in the sec to investigate them?

Fake claims? getting gunned down

Shares of two companies that a short seller alleged were making fraudulent claims about tests for COVID-19 were suspended from trading by the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday, as the regulator moves to crack down on illegal activity during the pandemic.

Trading of Predictive Technology Group Inc. shares PRED, -8.88% was halted at 9:30 a.m. Eastern time “because of questions regarding the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace concerning the company,” the SEC said in a statement.

Those questions relate to statements the company made “about being able to immediately distribute large quantities of serology tests to detect the presence of COVID19 antibodies,” in press releases issued on March 25, March 30 and April 8, said the SEC statement.


Predictive’s chief executive, Brad Robinson, has been sued for making claims about a previous medical product’s efficacy and for falsely claiming it would be pitched by the TV personality Dr. Oz and the Gates Foundation, among others.

“We see 100% near-term downside in shares of Predictive and expect that Predictive must continue to dilute equity through near-term stock sales in order to survive,” Anderson wrote in the report.

Hello everyone. I am a newbie, and I don't know much about trading. I started practicing it lately, and now I am wondering if it's real to earn a lot of money on it. The Coronavirus pandemic has turned everything upside down, the market is very unpredictable. Can you guys please share your own experiences? How much do you earn ? I am asking because I want to know what are my perspectives, what I can achieve. I don't want to waste my time. I am trading on Fondex ETFs Trade for a couple of months, and my earnings are pretty modest. Even though it's a really good platform with very low commissions, I still don't have enough experience and don't understand how can I earn more on forex. I would appreciate any help

I happen to be on IHUB tonight and a guy posted a live link the KSL news at around 9:15 Pacific time or 12.;15 on the PRED board... I saw what this guy is describing.
Anyone know much about Kennith Ward besides his company title ?


Kenneth Ward states -on KSL 5 News at 10- that Predictive labs believe the Assurance AB COVID-19 test will be approved by the FDA very soon. The KSL investigator visits Predictive Labs and receives administration of an Assurance AB test. They show the entire process of using the test to detect COVID-19 anitbodies in his blood.

They also give him all the appropriate disclaimers: negative results can't rule out infection, positive results do not necessarily indicate immunity.

No bad news IMO.
