Yea, Bozzie, in the same boat. Told myself not to invest with Brad Robinson at the helm (he couldn’t run a personal eBay business, muchless a $B+ Company)...

Is what it is, got some funds back, bout time to say F’it and consider the rest history...This may not be a scam, but it isn’t far from it...

Who knows, maybe, just maybe, the wind will blow right and take this thing soaring, but I sincerely doubt it at this point...

The fact they will not provide info on the wellgistic deal put me over the edge..
I've email wellgistics asking about the status of the PRED tests without reply..but I didn't expect one.
I've also email PRED and of course no response...you'd be surprised the info you can get just asking IR heads at companies questions.

In this case it feels and looks like wellgistics walked on this deal although they still have PREDs logo in the site.

Dear Mr. XXX,

Predictive Technology Group, Inc. (PRED) continues to move forward on all fronts. The Company’s Stem Cell business improving greatly since non-essential doctor offices reopening across USA, and PRED should have a medical research journal report out soon regarding the BETA testing program on the ART Guide and Fertility DX woman test products. The Company’s collaborative agreements with both Thermal Fischer – women health products and Atrin Pharmaceutical -novel cancer treatments continue to grow themselves.

“Assurance AB” COVID-19 kits arrived into the USA from Jiangsu Dablood Pharmaceutical CO, LTD ( Dablood), its manufacturing partner in CHINA, under the CLIA EUA provision of the FDA. And, the inventory of kits available at our office/lab in Salt Lake City, UT can fill orders, accordingly.

The FDA approval for individual distribution of the serology test kits without going to a CLIA certified lab (https://www.cdc.gov/clia/index.html) remains pending. The National Cancer Institute, the organization within the FDA, is the responsible entity working with PRED on the approval for individual point-of-care administration. So, as of now, PRED has no way of getting COVID 19 serology kits out individually, and currently, all kits can be sold into the market to other labs and medical practitioners per FDA rules under the CLIA affiliation program under the EUA (https://www.fda.gov/emergency-prepa...-policy-framework/emergency-use-authorization).

When PRED became suspended, it lost its 211 status with FINRA. So, the Company currently trades on the "GREY Market," a market platform which limits market participation due to the fact a vast majority of brokers don't make markets in "GREY" listed equities. Once the Company regains its 211 status, the Company can once again trade on the "OTCMARKETS" platform as it was prior to its US SEC suspension. Or, if possible a more senior exchange, if PRED meets the market conditions to list, as such.

When FINRA approves a 15c-211 application, the Company can move off the Grey; PRED cannot give a timetable on this approval because FINRA doesn’t proved such guidance.

The board, the management team, the employee and professional service providers, all continue to put in 60-70 hours per week for the betterment of PRED, its shareholders and its operations. And, when material information becomes available regarding the Company's operations, then that information to be published according to the rules /regulations stipulated by the US SEC.

They will get relisted and then a real market will develop again

I'm in for the long haul. It is what it is. Lot of people can't even buy it when it's on the greys which certainly doesn't help. The way I look at it now is either it goes up or the stock price goes up. We shall see. Hopefully the latter.

Stumbled upon this board after being involved in this stock and looking for info on it other than in the usual places. I read the entire thread and whether he's right or wrong, BruceClay, thanks for your take on this topic. I will be following this thread and contributing in the future. Holding strong.

Listen , we were destroyed by "a campaign" as you can see above. It has ended . The shorts destroyed us working in connection to some nasty people who owned the original shell . They helped push up the stock , but used that run, to work with the shorts to free up their shares. The shorts new they could get aggressive knowing there was plenty of supply . These pos lied to the company pledging their long-term loyalties but decided to destroy the equity . These were not the Drs or management . The company was being advised they could grow aggressively and do a secondary to raise more money at much higher prices
They were overwhelmed by the short attack, and had no clue how to deal with it . They were also hurt by the fraud in the stem cell industry , and that hurt their cash flow, along with of course the pandemic
All nasty stuff but here we are .

I believe the new PRED will be a scaled down , more focused company , that is back to being close to, if not, cash flow positive

We will be making a comeback, but obviously we need to not look too far down the road. Retirement ? Maybe we should all just keep working just incase

As I have stated before on this forum, many years ago I followed Bruce on GDEN and ERI. I ended up selling them both for a nice profit. I came late to the game on PRED. When it was $4.50, I asked Bruce if it was too late to get in. His advice was to jump in, which I did. I bought some more for around $1.00 after the short. My average price is $3.50 and I own a lot. I was expecting to retire on this (not really, but the thread title certainly was inviting).

Im not posting IBM, or apple . Anyone can find those stocks on their own . Im trying to post home runs and everyone in awhile we swing and miss , especially in the short run
