Have to disagree here. He came riding into town on his high horse like he was going to the hard-ass sheriff in town. Think he has the small-penis syndrome and now he is going to pay for it when it comes out the NFL covered this up to protect the image of itself and one of its star players. He is gone.

Earlier in thread, he said being knocked unconscious was not equivalent to being beat senseless even though when someone is knocked unconscious, they are by definition without their senses. So despite the fact that she lay motionless in the elevator floor (i.e., unconscious) and Rice drug her body out of the elevator, she was not "senseless" according to akphidelt. He lives in his own world and uses words he doesn't know the meaning to. Even very very simple words.
Akphidelt logic:
Rice punching her one time hard enough to knock her unconscious does not equate to being beat senseless.
But had Rice punched her twice and knocked her unconscious, that would be considered being beat senseless.
That makes a lot of sense.
