You simply needed to correct your statement to the world, which has over 3,000 fatalities a day and over 1.2 million deaths a year. It's significantly more than this virus on a worldwide basis, but for some reason there's not 24/7 coverage of that on the news. Imagine that. And people continue to drive daily.
Fox News can be alright, just not their "prime time talk shows." Tucker Carlson however was dead on about this early, even was holding the senators feet to the fire tonight who sold stock. Don't agree with him on much of anything but every once and awhile the old tucker carlson comes to the fore front. Hannity and the girl after him simply know their audience and pander to them every single night. Zero objective journalism by either basically ever.
Actually "my point" is that causing absolute hysteria benefits no one. And for the press to relentlessly continue on with this 24/7 when as you state "people die from numerous things" (some at a much higher degree than this virus is causing) is based on ratings and possibly politics and is doing a great disservice to the general public.
My perspective is that as a matter of policy, governments will do everything in their power to create a vaccine for a disease, figure out what they deem to be an acceptable amount of deaths (be it this virus, the flu, pneumonia, or whatever) and move on.
That should suffice for now. I'm on to other things now as I still have a modified amount of work I need to do.

How do you think we know about their bias? Who's blaming Trump for everything? Who has reported nothing but negative news for 4 years? Who had Michael Avenatti on thousands of times thinking he had the goods to destroy Trump? Who allowed Adam Shiff to tell the American people two thousand times that he saw plenty of evidence Trump colluded with the Russians? And did so without challenge, they haven't challenged him to this day and they haven't yet told
the country how wrong they were about so many issues?
And where were they at the outset of this pandemic? Aren't they supposed to be leaders and primary sources? Well they were occupied, along with all their fellow Democrats who control the narrative, with impeaching Trump
They're criminals, literally
