Well, I think real conservatives believe an unborn child has constitutional rights that must be protected, thus the only argument is when does life begin. When it can survive outside the womb, it can't reasonably be argued it's not a life. Although many on the left will argue it's not a life if the mother intended for it to be aborted, thus infanticide is OK (see your messiah).
Unlike your position on conservatives, I believe you make a great liberal. Make up whatever bullshit supports your logic at that moment, throw it against the wall and then call your opponents' arguments shallow or inconsistent.

That picture just be a loving mother with her expected delivery. Do you have a problem with that. Do you have a problem that here tummy and her breast are large.
