Of course not. Upwards of 90% of my fellow Democrats firmly oppose funding a 2000 mile border wall. Therefore it would be highly irresponive if our elected Reps were to in any way endorse it

Tiny: (Dec 23, 2018) I will fully accept shutting down the government and I will absolutely not blame you (Schumer/Pelosi and Dems nationwide)

If they oppose border walls with such high numbers, why no outrage for the MILLIONS democrats recently spent to build a border wall?

I will happily revisit that thread when Mueller's pending reports have been shared in full with Congress and the American public. So look for me in late summer 2019, possibly a bit later if trump seeks to further obstruct such.

Then why didnt you not wait till ALL THE FACTS are out before posting it? What was the point of posting that thread then??

someone brought up an interesting point. why didn't major border security
funding and money for the wall get passed in the 2 years that the GOP
controlled both houses. even in late december when the GOP controlled
congress, the house passed a bill that would fund the wall. mitch didn't
invoke the nuclear option in the senate or even bring this up knowing
that once the RADICAL LEFT took over the house; this provision was
DOA. quite curious.

Because they never had a Super Majority in the Senate. The same problem they have today. The house passed the wall funding bill.

I hope it's not democratic news networks selling that lie, I hope it's a legitimate question being posed by someone who really doesn't follow all this political bullshit

Unfortunately for me, my career and politics are intertwined

Dud, same promise he made before, I suppose he might be trying to reach more Americans. You know, the people who watch sources like CNN. :)

He's offering to make dreamer provisions permanent and even throw in a path to citizenship in exchange for the wall funding. Not a bad deal really, but the Democrats don't want to give him any victory and they'd rather hold onto their wedge issues to divide us in 2020
