Sorry to do this to any NYG bettors tonight, but since the line came back to where I wanted, 1U Parlay Giants (+1) and Jets(-3) vs Dallas Saturday.

2U Knicks +3(-120) at Wagerweb. Only book I have that had overnight line on this game at the number it was originally posted at. Bulls played 4 OT's last night, Knicks had a coast game against Philly where they rested people iin the 4thQ. I suspect when lines come up, will be closer to P or NYK favored. Might buy back some if that's the case.

Line should be -15. Oddsmakers will add 2-2.5 extra points for 'Revenge' making it 17-17.5.
Are the Warriors setting up the betting public?

Warriors fired up for Bucks' visit Friday By The Sports Xchange

Milwaukee bucked the NBA trend and dealt the Golden State Warriors their first loss of the season. Now it's the Warriors who are eagerly awaiting their shot at the Bucks.

"Michael Carter-Williams getting a dunk at the end of the game and looking at our bench like, 'Dude you lost your spot,'" Warriors center Draymond Green said of Carter-Williams losing his job as a starter. "So, it's not quite common that you should be looking toward someone's bench yelling. You've got some ground to make up."

The entire team has talked about Carter-Williams dunk, stare and smirk at the Warriors' bench at Milwaukee last week, when the Bucks snapped Golden State's 28-game winning streak. Shooting guard Klay Thompson, who scored 43 points Wednesday in a win over the Phoenix Suns, took a serious tone when revisiting last week's loss.

"We're looking forward to it, man," Thompson said. "Obviously a team that gave us our one in the loss column, and we felt they could have won with a little more class.

"There's nothing wrong with the dunk, but the stare-down, trying to talk nasty in the game like that. And it's like, 'All right, you're going to see us next Friday and in our building, too.'"

Morning headlines for this obviously rigged 'Revenge' game read, "Warriors Fight Back." "Fight Back" LOL.

Bought back 1U Bulls +3(-120) Bet Online.

Good Call! You remind me of the good old days. A friend of mine hooked me up with a southern gentleman in Georgia. His name was Cleveland I kid you not. He had a, and I use this term loosely, a line service. It must have ben their 'economy' service. I had (drumroll please) webtv. And a bunch of free scorephones with lines that would update constantly. So Cleveland would be open from leven to eleven, am to pm. And if he had a number on it, you could get a nickle on it. 'Cept Cleveland only called his line service twice a day. Right before 11, and again at 8 for overnights. And I would call him all day. And all night. Bet him all day on stale lines. He even missed times when Maddux got scratched and a rookie was inserted. At 8PM I'd get a full board for the next day. At 10:55 I'd call in a bet on nearly every game the next day.

After about 2 years of this he says to my friend in his Southern drawl, "I don thank ah kin beat Scott. Purdy sher he's got that een-ter-net." I few weeks later I pop him large. Call him on a Monday. He gives me my figure. Then he says in his typical even tone, no temper, no nothing. Just mater-of-fact. "Listen ya been with me 2 years and I awredy sencha two small farms. Now yer money's goin' out tahday. But could ya jess do me one favor? (Pause) Jess don't cawl me no gahdamn more, ok?"

Great story. Books with stale lines were the best. I had a guy who use to hang every Baseball total -110 and never move. I think this was pre internet, but I had a phone line that updated lines every 15 minutes, and I just killed the guy. He never figured out how I was killing him, but he stopped giving baseball totals out to anyone.
