If you were 4-6 you would be (2600) for the week and ($6,700) ytd but you went 3-7 for ($4,700) for the week or ($8,200) ytd

Gotta love the NFL. Ravens up 10-7.....knee down fumble that can't be over ruled......instead of up 10-7 with ball....go into half down 14-10 and the money is lost.

"I love the new extra point rule" ~ ESPN'S Steve Levy

Gotta handicap those rule changes ya know. Without the missed P.A.T. there's no 2 point conversion attempted and the score is instead 27-17.

Of course, that might not have been the final chapter either. Zona's D would play much softer on Balt's final drive if it's a 10 point lead as opposed to 8. So a chance to get it up the ass at the end anyway, even if the P.A.T. is good.

Then again, if Palmer doesn't grossly mismanage the clock there is no final possession for Balt. Palmer needs to go down there and hit the 2-minute warning, or not attempt a pass play in the first place.

Balt hasn't had a losing season since 2008. Then they hire an OC who was 3-11 his last 14 as an HC before the Bears fired him. It's not a coincidence. Trestman is another Whisenhunt.

I was only involved in the game needing Zona for survivor pools. Their clock management was Herman Edwards-esque. Running back's willfully running Out of Bounds, Carson passing the ball and getting a grounding? They did all they could to give Balt a shot.

CLE = 20-38 ATS vs Division in Reg Sea
CHI = 33-60 ATS as Fav of 4 or higher (based on closing lines, may or may not apply)
Lost 2-4 to Cavs in Playoffs last year, ending season with Home blowout loss.

ATL = 25-6 Fav 6.5 or less (may or may not apply)

NOR led by Alvin Gentry, Kerr's lead assistant at GSW last year. Luke Walton coaching GSW as Kerr away with back issues. GSW swept NOR out of Playoffs last year after NOR was gifted in by ex coach Monte William's BFF Greg Popovich laying down in game #82 for him. Monte is now an associate HC in OKC. GSW = 20-35 OV/UN when laying 9 or more in the Reg Sea.

winner friday with KCy +128 (vs Tor)

Playoffs to date 9-7 +566

Tuesday:

NYM -110 (@ KCy)

This is going to be a very interesting series for one main reason IMO...the Royals have a big advantage at every position/unit except for one: starting pitching. It happens to be the most important by far.

I like Harvey and the Mets -115 for the 1st 5 tonight quite a bit. Although I've been sucking hard lately, so beware...

maybe a stupid question but what is a spotlight game?

Sorry for the late response. Just seeing this.

TNF, SNF or MNF. I do my own isolations from logs provided by "the Gold Sheet". As Scott said, regular season games at times where only one game is ongoing and the football world is watching.

How would that be 2-2 since 2001 though? There are way more than 4 games with 8pt home favs since then.

Just this year off my head I can think of Seattle vs Detroit, Zona last night.

You are right. What I left out by mistake were the words "Week 7".

So the category should have read.

Week 7 Spotlight game Home Favorites of -8 or higher since and including 2001. My isolations from the Gold Sheet. com logs show the record to be 2-2 ATS.

Sorry about the omission.

Oh ok....Yeah I took spotlight game to mean isolated in primetime but when I saw the sample size of 4 I thought it might mean something else.

Makes sense.
