There has been an argument about whether or not people should be banned if they don't follow their ban bets. Bas did make a comment that if it was a stiff on money he would ban people. May not be a policy but seems like that was considered to be what would happen. Curios if you contactd R2 about this giving him a chance to make good. If not that should be done before banning. If he doesn't pay a ban is appropriate. IMO personal ban bets are something I could care less about. Stiffing on money is diffferent

He stiffed me and then he threatened me, I posted his threat.
