So without reading this entire thread again, who officially has wagers and what was the terms?

R2P asked anyone who would bet him straight up on the Chiefs Pats game.
$50 bet.
No points.
If Chiefs win the game I pay him $50.
If the Pats win, and they did, he was to pay me $75.
He pm'd me on Monday saying he needed my info, which I sent him.
He said I would have money in hand on Friday and I haven't heard a peep from him since.
He stiffed me.
