Maybe Colorado finally started to turn the corner on the long road back to being competitive once again? First time in a long time that I can recall any vibe of optimism from that program, even though they are picked for last place in their division one again. Taking a chance on new defensive coordinator Jim Leavitt and the $170+ million they are pumping into new facilities leads be to believe they are finally serious about joining the college football arms race.
