I hate working out. I hate running unless it involves playing a sport. I especially hate lifting. I never understood why people want to become so massive. That shit looks unnatural.

Most people don't want to be massive, they just want to be in shape. And being in shape means working out in the gym and staying strong. Nothing worse than a guy with his shirt off in the front yard with moobs.

Guys need to be examples for their kids and you can't do that as a overweight slob.

Most of the stuff (Junk) you find at Vitamin Shoppe or GNC is all over priced and worthless.
When I was younger I did a few cycles of AAS and now into my late 40's I stick to Prohormones.
More effective and I get my moneys worth.

I agree. AAS are safer and cheaper these days then most of the bogus stuff on the market...

If I had the secret to being massive, I wouldn't have wasted the last 20 years lifting.

I'm about 6'1 194 now and still pretty strong but at this point, it's not a big deal for me to lift more and more weight. I'll turn 40 next year and if I can still put up 225 10 times then I'm fine with life.

Now, it's all about lifting with my oldest and teaching him how to get big and strong for football. Teaching him about technique and discipline.

haha, im the same way with preworkouts, if golf didn't frustrate the shit out of me I'd probably be that way with putters but I've got about 16 tennis racquets, every time a new frame comes out and I play a good demo set with it I end up buying a couple lol.
