The expression I used "shit or get off the pot, son" was one my dad used on me many a time when I was "hemming and hawing".
The other use "I hate nurses, so I won't bang her in your place, sorry son" was another quote that is an inside joke about my ex-girlfriend. Only a few will get it.
I sense frustration in Journey in that he can't decide whether to do the right thing, or if he should call it off. That's up to him, but for me to put myself above another person, be it a nurse/porn star/ or whatever shows weakness in character.

I will be there next year...and it's cool, I don't take it personally, I know it may appear I am debating doing the right thing...I will not just not show up, and not tell her...
I am almost certan I will go, it's hard to explain the entire situation on an open forum.
