How far does she live from you? Have you even been in a long distance relationship?

She lives in Mucie Indiana...we had planned to meet in Pitt Pa. (which is about the halfway point) At the last second she had a problem arise that postponed it. Yes, I pretty much talk to her every day at some point, either on the net or phone...She 'plans' to move here eventually (if all goes well) I am more guarded about anything past meeting- but I wouldn't mind if it happened ....Since she is the one who has to relocate I can only listen to what she says, I can't control that.

I don't really consider this a 'relationship' at this point, although she probably does, again I am more of a wait and see 'in person' before I get too carried away.

No I won't present her with any gifts...i WILL FIND OUT VERY SOON WHEN SHE WILL BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE...I won't tell her this but , if she pulls another cancellation, I will just forget about it...tHE PROBLEM IS SHE HAS A SON AND JUST CAN'T LEAVE FOR A LONG PERIOD WITH HER WORK AND HER SON, SO THAT IS THE HOLD UP...

OMG indeed! I just wasted 15 minutes of my life that I will never get back reading this saga. If I was you Journey I wouldnt be too worried, it sounds like she might have been posting on a forum about your date also and got the " steer clear " signal about you. Afterall, she has already cancelled and dashed you once. My bet is that the re-scheduled meeting on Nov 1 will not happen and you will never meet this woman in the flesh.

Guys, I am still trying with her...trust me, I can get my share,lol....this girl looked like she fell off the cover of Penthouse though, I am still leary but trust me if I do meet her and I am still trying to, I will prove it....I know some think its BS or I shouldnt have started this damn thread...If I knew I wasn't going to meet her back then I wouldnt have started it...and if I had something good to say I would....when I started this thread I really expected to meet her very soon and it seemed like a good story.

I had high hopes , so far nothing has happened...what else can i say?

I guess I could make up some lavish story but that isn't my style.....I told a couple posters what happened and much to my surprise I am still talking to her and still planning to meet....after it fell thru on Nov 1st I stopped talking to her for about 5 days , so we'e back to square one...I'm cautiously optimistic!?
