hahaha i am kidding i promise

Don't forget brown people. Once we learn how to genetically manipulate ourselves so we can throw a football too, this world is ours!

Here's a little fact, the first black QB played for Mich St. and than the Chicago bears in 1953.

And I don't know if you guys are talking about starters or just black QB's overall, but the number would surprise you I'm sure. Right off the top of my head I can name 6 blacks that are starters. Leftwitch, Vick, Culpepper, McNabb, McNair, and Brooks. And there are several more that are backups. Off my head I came up with Tony Banks, Charlie Batch, Jeff Blake, Anthony Wright, David Garrard, Jason Cambell, Senica Wallace, and Shawn King. So thats atleast 14 black QB's that are playing right now.

The harder question to ask yourself is can you name even 1 NFL running back that is White.

black qbs may not have a great track record but, they are much better than hispanic or asian qbs.

allright I'll give you half credit for that one because he's actually listed as a full back not a running back. allthough he does line up as running back sometimes but much more as a blocker. I knew someone would say allstott and actually there are a few white FB's I believe, but I can't think of any full time RB's that are white.

the last "tail back" i remember was craig james. before him, mark van eegan.

here is the bottom line...blacks are better athletes. they are faster and can jump higher. this means that the dbs, wrs and rbs will almost always be black. the white guys either play qb or on the line. so, if you're white and you cant throw it like favre or dont weigh 300 lbs...better study in college.

exactly, maybe whites should start there own protest groups. I always see black groups protesting that there isn't enough black coaches or QB's. Whites should start an equal oppertunity employment for the RB and CB positions. And before I get called a racists i'm joking.

we do throw in the occasional WR, and LB, and John Lynch but your right. In general blacks are better athletes so your always going to see more blacks especially at the skill posistions.

Where did you go, BaseballGuy? Someone tries to make a point and you disappear? You are so damned willing to come on here blathering and now nothing? I think it only fitting for you to at least rebut my post or offer some indication that you have even read it. I wasn't bothered until now, that you don't offer some indication that you either disagree with my post and your reasoning why or you agree with my post. tulsa

Alright. No harm done. I don't think you are racist and my argument wasn't about racism. I wasn't in a good 'winning' mood earlier and it showed a bit. I've had a long, hard day at the horse track...so to speak. Good luck. tulsa

I guess this is what white america holds on 2. Since the brothers are the best in all sports in every position this is where they can come and put the brothers down. Sorrry, its not going to last. The brothers will take over the qb spot in the next few years...

Every week i see a black qb sucks post. Where is the D Carr, Guss F, K Warner sucks threads? The worst QB's in the nfl are white. don't get it twisted

Great stuff 919! Thanks. My point still stands, though: We used 30 and the 'real' number is 32!! BaseballGuy was closer than I was on that number. If you run my logic with 32 you come out with 5% of the entire quarterback roster...and that is a high, high estimate. My point still holds water, I believe. tulsa
