Willie gets it. Then again, Willie is a smart guy. In the Constitution, the federal government has 18 enumerated powers (ie boundaries of responsibility), and anything that isn't on that list is left up to the individual states to do as they please. It ain't that complicated. If you like liberal state policies, go move to one. If you like conservative state policies, go move to one. Although it wouldn't take long for conservative states to flourish while dim states would quickly freefall into disaster zones, but that's not the point...
