If that’s a mafia guy selling cigarettes, we know it gets glorified. Might see the can 4 or 5 times if you stay in that lifestyle for a while. But when it’s a black guy it’s a different story. He’s a thug and a danger to society all of a sudden.

And I've told you 5 different ways. When the cops confronted the situation on the sidewalk that day, Garner was attempting to break up a fight. He was doing nothing wrong.

But when the cops that day confronted a hectic situation, as they do all the time, they tried to figure out what was going on and who the aggressors in the fight were and Garner immediately told them to "get lost" and would not follow their basic commands. At that point, they went to put him in cuffs and it went wrong from there.

You're in a deli Mob and a fight breaks out. You go "oh shit, this is serious, I should break this up" so you do. The cops come in and in their attempt to calm the situation and figure out who's at fault, you go "get lost" I'm not doing anything you say. Basically, a big fuck you to the cops who are trying to mitigate the situation.

Sure as shit if you're being evasive and derogatory, they will put you in cuffs to detain you until they figure out what's going on. When you act like an ass at this sort of scene, one must assume, you may be at fault.

This is not new and happens daily. Why is this so hard to understand for you?

Garner wasn't doing anything wrong. He escalated the situation when they arrived by being a giant douchebag and evasive with the cops. I don't condone what they did after that though.

Did you watch the video? Does it look hectic? 6 cops calmly surrounding Garner, with the officer who was later caught in two lies in the situation asking about cigarette sales. Later on a different officer states the current situation wasn’t about the fight at all. What’s so confusing for you?

When cops show up to a scene, of course it's hectic. They have no idea what's going on.

There is two ways to look at this. 1. The police was just looking to arrest black dudes to increase prison population but he got out each time because he was arrested for ridiculous reasons that most peoples won't get arrested. 2. The dude was a criminal and the police did the job each time but the dude represented himself well or had good lawyers.

Now we can swallow anybodies opinion from the news...yes news these days are just opinions....or you can further investigate it in person to get the real facts. If not, just don't judge and pass on messages based on your opinion that was swayed by others opinions.

Where’s the scene of it being hectic? Where is this narrative coming from? Are the cops in fear of Garner before the video started? Where is the report supporting what you are saying? All I can see is a CALM SITUATION before the arrest attempt. So why do you keep bringing up the fight since it has NO BEARING on anything anyone talks about regarding this case
