But Mob will tell you since Garner wasn't doing anything wrong (on that day at least) that the cops shouldn't have detained him at the scene of a fight. He'll tell you they can't detain someone who didn't do anything wrong even though apparently the cops should be able to know what happened even though they weren't there.

I got detained and handcuffed for almost an hour cause I watched a big fight outside of the nightclub at Cesars Palace years ago... But, after they investigated everything and found out who the people fighting were, I was immediately let go.

I lost ALL respect for cops after the Kelly Thomas incident. (Watch the video before you respond with the hate).... Both cops walked free after his murder and never did you hear anything negative from the other cops in the Dept. Cops have a "It's us against the world" mentality....they're just another gang but have a badge and impunity to kill.......I can understand why you see more Micah Johnson's everyday.....I don't condone it ,but see why people are fed up with cops killing with impunity. this nypd cop will get his job back with back pay and if Vegas had odds on it I'd fly out to bet it.....
