Thought I had posted the follow up game for Boston, but with the crazy weekend, it being the 4th of July and all, must of slipped my mind..Never a comfortable situation, with the series sweep on the line, with a -275 ML, in the 3rd and final game of a series, but a win is a win, even if it takes a little sweat to get there...Bottom line, is I have faith in the screening tools I use to pick teams that will not get swept..of the 12 series wins, only 2 have come down to game 3 situations, while the majority have been decided in game 1 with the rest being decided in game 2...so I am satisfied with the results to this point of the season...Also worth noting to this point in the season, I have been tracking these wagers to profit one unit on each game of the series..However, I will be introducing yet another chase system, which will consist primarily of taking dogs...For the sake of convenience, and not using .5 unit assignments, I will track the series chases, I have already been doing, at 2 units a piece, and the new series chases at 1 unit a piece, since I am chasing half the profit, in the new series bets...Therefore, we will have the original series chases I have been doing tacked at 2 units a piece, the mini series chases also tracked at 2 units a piece, and the new chases on dogs tracked at 1 unit a piece...I have put a lot of time into panning out the details to ensure I avoid the sweep, most notably with the original series chases where the juice is high and the final loss at the end of a series can be significant..I have been told by friends and a few people in the business, that chasing series in this way would not work in the long run because of that one sweep, which will deplete the bankroll...However I am confident in the screening tools I use, and genuinely believe I can survive the season without getting swept on my "original series chases"..I expect to end the season, at around 50-0 possibly 60-0...the wins don't matter to me, the 0 in the loss column is all that is important...The journey there should be fun and entertaining, not to mention challenging...Like I said before, I have put in alot of time in developing screening tools that will work, and am more than willing to discuss with other posters on the forum...So please feel free to put out any questions, opinions, and/or criticisms...For now, back to business...
