Any chance of a "homer" taint to the write up with you being in Chicago?
Also, from another thread somewhere Chicago has been hammered at home by better teams (credit for this thought to hamboner)?
"POR- lost by 14
ORL- lost by 19 and they were down 32 at one point
UTA - lost by 8
NJ- lost by 9"
Classy write-ups so far Z - good stuff -and condolences on the funeral.
Thanks for the kind words Baccy,
As for the play, it should not be a secret that I am a Bulls fan, but I bet with my pocket and not with my heart. There is value in any home dog with a point spread so high, imo, let alone one that is coming off arguably their best performance of the season, just the day before. It's a matter of picking your spots, though..and I feel this to be a good one..Win or lose, I'll ride with what I think is a live dog, in the bulls tonight..
As for the large margins of defeat posted above, Bulls we're banged up in those games..also in a few of those matchups they were exploited by down low scorers, and sent too many guys to the free throw line as a result..With big Z out, I cannot see Varejao having that effect on them..
I know that you mentioned that wasn't ur info above, but the Bulls never lost to NJ this season, they lead the series 2-0..It was the Bulls who won by 9 and not the Nets..
