Here's the results from some of the Newsletters.. this week I listed the games individually with the Unit value for each pick listed on the left.. I included the juice on the losses to give the most realistic results. Winning Points (5-1) +1080 and College Football Advisor (5-0) +1300 both crushed it everyone else...well... you take a look.

Wow this is an awesome breakdown.. as this give us a dose of reality... This is a "show me the Money" business and it looks like most are not delivering on that. I guess we can't really complain since most of us are technically not paying for their picks anyways... but d*mnit we want to win!

since I was bored today... I decided to take the two big winners from week 4 and go back thru to weeks 1-4 to see their picks and add up how they did..

Well it looks like Winning Points was just a blind squirrel finding a nut as he/she/they? had 3 losing weeks in a row until week 4... overall record is 12-12 and when you apply the rating value... the newsletter is -$510 on the year. Even after bouncing back over 1k this week. Yikes.

Wk1 -810 (2-4)
Wk2 -600 (2-4)
Wk3 -180 (3-3)
Wk4+1080 (5-1)
=-$510

College Football Advisor also had a great week 4 +1300 and I went to their twitter page (@CFBAdvisor) checked out their first 4 weeks.. and gotta say its been pretty solid, so far. Looks like they're 16-6-1 72.7%

Wk1 +450 (5-2-1)
Wk2 -50 (3-2)

I'll admit I'd be really happy with that since I followed Powers' picks in week 3 right into bankruptcy when he went 0-5.. :ohno:.. so I can't afford another one of those weekends. Good luck everyone!

I live in Vegas-The lines come out on Sunday night at 6 at Westgate-everyone else puts up first thing in morning. These tout sheets come out Tuesday-I will give you an example-i like Miami playing Duke-line came out 4.5-its 6.5 now-So if it falls on 5 or 6-you lose. Winning Points did not go 5-1-West Virgina was a lost-that line came out Sunday Night at Minus 20-By Monday Morning it was minus 24-came down to 23.5-then back up-to 24-they won by 22!!!!
I know because i am the one who posts Winning Point on Tuesday Morning

Looks Like power sweep is now lying on their records on there front page.. saying they were 4-1.. BS they were 3-2.. they are counting the SDSU as a win.. They had -5 printed in the Newsletter.. Won by 4.. Thats a Loss!!!! Stop-SS--

The Mendoza Line also counted the SDSU play as a loss.

TO ME ..Power Plays is crazy and doesn't always make sense

Duke is a 6-7 point dog they have winning by 4..a 10-11 point swing.."NO PLAY"

Marshall a 5 point dog they have losing by 2..3 point difference is a 2* PLAY

Auburn who they have winning by 10 is a ten point favorite and they have it as 1*PLAY

I called them on it once and they really had nothing to say

THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO BUZZKILL..You are the best

Never disrespect he red, white and blue!

Why would the NFL piss off 60% of their fans? Why are the NFL players kneeling during the National Anthem? The Rx Newsletter Thread stands in support of the red, white and blue. These colors don't run!

GOOD FOR YOU

BOYCOTT the teams that sit or stay in the locker room. Don't go to the games and do not buy anything in the team stores..Maybe then the GREEDY BASTARDS or is it" BITCHES" will get the message.
