Haha. I can't argue with all you guys.

I am simply saying he obviously has trade value. 1st round plus value. He isn't cap space. Lol.

Nets aren't trading him. They will lock him up at Max. Without question.(outside of major injury)

Let's move on and back to gambling.

when I said no trade value I mean it in the context you are selling him at a major discount at this point, basically have to take 2 quarters for a dollar.

rebuilding teams can do that, then they suck, get more picks but the nets obviously not in a position for that type of move

so they’re stuck with him for better or worse

Fair enough.

Though you said he has as much trade value as me. Not sure how else I could have perceived that besides the way I did.

Back to battle.

He would bring back all sorts of draft capital. And him being locked down to a long term contract is better then 1 year flight risk.

You think lakers wouldn't jump at giving up 1st rounder and Horton Tucker, westbrook(would have to move him to make cap work) along with 2nd rounders. Basically any capital they are allowed to give up under NBA draft rules.

Lol. I mean look what Russell brought in for DC just last season.
Pelicans have al the lakers picks for the next hundred years

Just to kinda give you my approximation of what you could deal him for given everything I said, looking at all 30 teams it would be something like Brogdon or DeAaron Fox or DeAngelo Russell.......Guys to where if the Nets acquired them, they could still be a competitive team but clearly inferior players to him. Durant has played with 1 of Westbrook/Irving/Curry since he was 20, he ain't accepting that. It is just too much of a talent downgrade. And even those teams might rather not get a 30 year old injury prone malcontent on a big contract.

That's just kinda what I meant by saying he has no value, any deal you could reasonably make for him, the Nets wouldn't really do unless he just starts going full Dennis Rodman or something.

You really pulled this out of your ass. I like Kyrie? Maybe read my comments before you make assumptions.

However, the truth is the truth. No matter if you like it(someone) hate it or indifferent.

C's would have signed(with out question) Kyrie to a max deal the second the clock turned to midnight if he had showed any indication he would sign. He spent half that last season telling Boston "he out."

Which in hindsight turned out great. But revisionist history just because you don't care for someone and it turned out in your favor is still a lie and bullshit.

I believe it was boston fans clapping like trained seals when Kyrie told you guys he was coming back to C's long term during that 1st season. But hell don't like facts stand in the way.

You showed him the door. Like Brooklyn showed Harden the door, sure. :)
Is your name Danny Ainge? Didn't think so.

Then your opinion (is your truth but not objective truth) carries as much weight as mine. Actually less. Because Willie and I watched the Kyrie antics and lockerroom and on court cancer daily and close up. So did Danny Ainge, one of the best recent NBA GMs. Your assumption that Danny Ainge wanted Kyrie signed to a max contract to play here in Boston is just that - your assumption. And an insult to Danny Ainge.

Yea Kyrie spent half of his last season telling whoever would listen that he was out. And the other half telling whoever would listen that he was in.

I don't give a shit what some Boston fans think. I'm talking about my perception of Kyrie. And it's not revisionist. I was skeptical when we got him. Don't forget that he couldn't get along with LeBron either. Any skepticism I had at his signing was multiplied in spades as the Cryrie (thank you Willie) show played out in Boston.

Your assumptions are not truths no matter what lofty branch you think you're on in your sappy tree.
