Excuse me for not being more clear. When they chose to not obey the law and constitution as they are suppose to do, they are overwhelming a failed circuit. There is no fake news. How many of the cases do they hear that are slam dunks? Those numbers would have to be tossed as well when you are forced into the formality of the process.
All I was stating that when an appeal is made, there has to be resonable cause, they are proven to not follow the law.
The crazy and sad thing is why didnt the previous administration come to the incoming the first of January and make a case. If it was a big security issue one would think it would have been handled swiftly. Seems like a set up to a gotcha moment. According to what I have seen Trump wasnt made aware until 1 day prior swearing in. Where was the communication the previous 3 weeks?

Does Impeachment have anything at all to actually do with Peaches or is just a coincidence that the word "Peach" is in the term? Were Peaches thrown at a politician who'd fallen into disfavor? At some point in History? I sense that its unlikely that the term "Impeachment" has any relation to Peaches from the 70's Disco Band "Peaches & Herb" but feel like it could stem from some activity involving the fruit.

Naw, Trump shot that down mightily by revealing that he is a Germophobe. Thats a person with an extreme fear of germs and an obsession with cleanliness.
