it's baseball that he got the letters for...I'm pretty sure it's his hitting that interested them...at 15, 84 seems to be about as hard as we see..I'll admit that at a few of the Super 25's he's attended we saw some kids hitting close to 90 and I'm sure a couple just over 90....he doesn't want to pitch anyway...he prefers the infield...

What sport/position is your son being recruited for?
if you are going to tell me QB from playing a JV, I am calling total BS

of course not....simply saying he's never played the position in his life and outplayed the other qb's obv the JV team....He started OLB for the varsity team..he's an aggressive LB....and the 3rd string QB on varsity.....he's a freshman....

If he has a dream school and its a bigtime program, attend their prospect camp asap

would that be found on their website? Would you need an invitation?

on their website, no invite needed, although always best if they have put out feelers to someone connected to you but if not go anyway , there will be wide range of talent including kids that are poor. Sure they make a few bucks on these camps not allot , the real reason is the loophole to get kids on campus they want to recruit that they arnt able too yet bcuz of ncaa rules.. once on campus they can start that dialogue.

Vandy loves cherry picking from the northeast , that is not a southern school where if you arnt committed to them by your soph year they most likely already have someone down south that has at the same position.. in other words if thats his dream school he has a little more time than say miami hurricanes, florida state etc.

You are jumping the gun Dad is all
he better get to 92mph for looks, kid I know topped at 88 and he went to Lafayette, no big time.
u say he wants to play infield, well there is a lot of competition all over the world for infield.
i am betting the size of the high school he started at was the smallest classification in the state?
u come off like an over enthusiastic dad. Relax, if he is good he will get offers, nowhere to hide with the internet n social media these days.
