I have no idea who found the info asshole, or how it was found. I do know Wrong Way has made many enemies on here, with the disgraceful way he acts, and some of them know how to use PM's.
I agree. A Vicious review is left when you're at your wits end, totally frustrated with a business/service, and want to warn others from experiencing what you've experienced. Wrong Way didn't have to go through anything other than not providing the services promised, and making excuses for it. The guy who was wronged was the angry customer, who was apparently lied to, belittled, and ignored.
Yeah, not exactly the case. Have you ever run or held a management position in a service oriented business. There are assholes in this world who will go negative regardless of treatment, service, or scenario.
thanks for the input. I know where you stand. You are grossly biased as you hate the guy. Cool.
kindly keep in mind his concerns/complaints sent to safeguard agencies were found to be baseless. In addition, he tried to extort.
take a deep breadth....

correct, the customer is NOT always right.
Mr Guesser, has clearly, not experienced being a business owner . This I can say with 100% confidence
I'm an older guy, and when I go to a Restaurant often, because I love a particular dish, and/or they give me good service, I reward them with a good review on Yelp. The "where are the positive reviews" argument is beyond stupid. People are something close to 50% more likely to share/rate negative experiences than positive experiences. Throw in that Willie is working with an older crowd and it makes sense that he wouldn't have many positive online reviews. You generally don't grow your business over 20+ years if you're incompetent. Willie may be arrogant but that doesn't mean he's a shitty accountant.

If I use a service, and they stood out, I give them a good review.
I would think a business around 20 plus years, that has many repeat, satisfied customers would have at least one positive review?
Correct Rib, I have not owned a business. But I am a customer of many. I've worked for many. The Customer is not always right, but a Good Business Treats them like they are.correct, the customer is NOT always right.

In this particular case, the guy was ignored for more than a month, his phone calls weren't returned. Social events were considered more important than his tax returns. He has every right to be pissed. And now we are only hearing Wrong Way's polished up side, with no additional feedback from the customer, and even with that, the guy has every right to be pissed.
I dealt with a disposal business a few years ago that was around a long time according to their ad. I had an appointment, made a week in advance. When I called a couple of days before, to verify they were coming at the arranged time, I got a recording. They didn't call me back. Next day, same shit. So I called again, and again, I was in a panic, because I needed them to take stuff out because, I needed the space immediately, for new stuff that was coming. NO return calls. Day of, same shit. So I had to make a day of appointment with someone else, pay alot more than was agreed to with company #1. I was pissed as hell, and my only recourse was to leave them a scathing negative review on Yelp. I was the first one, for this long time business, with no positive reviews. Was I the only customer they treated that way? Doubtful, but maybe I was the only yelper.Let's turn that around. I would think a business that has been around 20+ years that is run by an incompetent fool, your opinion, not mine, would have more than 1 negative review?
Also, I never review a business online. Good service or bad service. I'd prefer to speak with my dollars.

I think the guy was pissed his returns weren't looked at for a month, his phone calls weren't returned, and Wrong Way thought social events like Aruba and Uconn games were more important. If the guy was told that his return wouldn't be looked at until early April, and then Wrong Way got sick in early April, I'd feel differently about the situation. Since we don't have the guy available to give his side, and refute Wrong Way's assertions, all we have is Wrong way's polished up side. One thing I don't really understand is why this guy gets to be pissed that Willie didn't have his taxes done on 4/1 or 4/3 or whatever if all Willie promised the guy is that they would be filed by 4/15?
