We got married in Vegas last month and both of us are very happy. She is an awesome wife and friend and has far exceeded my expectations.

Starting day 2. Didn't feel much hunger at all yesterday and the headache went away. I still have no cravings nor any temptations to dive face first into a giant cake. If this is as hard as it gets, this will be a breeze.

The only problem is that I haven't had a nice poo since day 2 of the pre-cleanse which would explain my +.2 at my weigh in this morning. I'm going to start adding psyllium fiber to my shakes.

Problem solved x 2.

I'm not getting hungry but I am thinking about food a lot. My thoughts mainly center around how I'm going to handle sugar once I finish the cleanse. Completely removing sugar from my life doesn't seem too realistic but my issue has been enjoying sugar in moderation.

No sir, I have not. On days that I work I'm gone before it comes on and on my off days it's off before I crawl out of bed. I'll try to catch her show Monday morning.

Much appreciated! She has gotten a lot of positive feedback from viewers so far. I think she is doing an awesome job, but then again I am her husband... haha

Actually, I have a better chance of catching it on an off day when I'm on night shift. I go back to nights in a few weeks and will definitely check it out.

I weighed 232.8 this morning, down 5.8 lbs.

I'm dragging a bit this morning. I went to bed at 11:45 last night and set my alarm for 8:00 because I wanted to go to the gym and be home before the games started. I ended up hitting my snooze alarm for an hour before waking up. I'm posting this from bed and I'm not feeling all that motivated today. I think I just want to watch football for the next 12 hours.

Down another .4 lbs, which is amazing to me considering that I did absolutely nothing yesterday but sit on the couch and watch football all day.

+.8 this morning. Not surprising since I've been off the last 3 days and barely moved from the couch. Today I start a stretch of 7 consecutive 12-13 hour shifts. I'll try to mix in a few visits to the gym during my lunch hour. I feel great.

7 consecutive 12-13 hour shifts, that would be enough to turn me into Dexter.

I hope this works out for you, but you don't seem to be getting a lot of positive feedback from your body. 10 years ago I tried the Atkins diet. I weight 190 at the start and lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks. Probably mostly what the ladies call "water-weight", (one of my favorite excuses they use for weight gain), but still positive reinforcement for me. I don't recommend Atkins because of possible liver damage, especially for drinkers like me, but I hope you get some significant results for all your suffering. Good luck.

I'm on Day 5 and I've lost 5.4 lbs. That's pretty good feedback, IMO. And as I've stated several times in this thread, I feel great. I would hardly categorize what I'm doing as "suffering".

This has been an eye-opening experience because I never imagined that I could make it without feeling intense hunger, but that's not the case at all. It's funny how when you stop poisoning your body, it stops craving the poison.

This is going to be a breeze, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Not really anything to write. I weighed 232.2 this morning and am getting ready for my second poo of the day, so I'd be surprised if I wasn't around 231.5 when I weigh in the morning. I haven't exercised at all, but when I'm not reading about Breaking Bad at work, I'm walking around quite a bit over 12-13 hours.

I've made a nice discovery. I take 16 oz. of unsweetened almond milk, a teaspoon of stevia and 2 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa and mix it up. Tastes exactly like regular chocolate milk and it has about 80 calories.

Hmmm. 232.2 again this morning. This is my third day in a row at this weight. Seems I've hit a wall.
