What do you mean you cancelled it?? Did you ever send money to Terps' actual 5D account? And then requested 5D to remove it??? I sure hope 5D doesn't allow that kind of shit.
From following this saga, all I see is he caught you using the wrong number, hoping he wouldn't notice, and he would send you money without any money actually getting in his 5D account. If it actually was an innocent mistake on your part, why not just send the money to his actual account, and when he verified it was there, he'd send you the money. Terps' rep isn't in question, yours is.
