Honduras are depleted through injury (EPL based Figueroa & Garcia) and suspension (defesive stallwarts Bernardez and Garrido) and a coaches decision (Bengtson). The USA is on a roll and and knows 3 points all but assures a trip to the World Cup in 2014. Jermaine Jones and Graham Zusi come back from suspension although Demarcus Beasly is out. Revenge is also a factor after the 2-1 WC qualifying start they had in Honduras.

both honduran starting centerbacks are out (bernardez and figueroa) and the def mid in front of them, garrido, is out as well. The big one for me is Boniek-Garcia as he's a top 5 player in MLS in my mind and really the calm guy in midfield for honduras. Bengston was pissed at not playing vs Jamaica so left the team and went back to the Revs...
Beasley being out is a positive...simple as that. They'll just move Fabian to his natural left back position and pop Davis in left mf. Big concern tonight other than the 3 points is yellow cards. If any of the following players get a card tonight they're missing the away game vs Costa Rica and I expect everyone of these guys to start except maybe Cameron assuming Jones' concussion is really ok:
