I care because it is an interesting story and am curious as to what really took place. I mean couldn't you make that arguement for anything in life? Why do you care about sports? Why do you care about where to go eat? Why do you care about what you watch on TV? I just never understood the why do you care question.

stevie is going to busy next year jumping into the stands to beat up all the hecklers . cause they will be out in force...
when tiger gets divorced and gets to see his kids every wednesday and every other weekend , how will that effect his golf schedule ?
he'll have to fly home wednesday morning , take the kids to chuckie cheese , tuck them in . get up the next day and fly back to the tourney.
i guess ass clown finchem will have to make sure tiger always gets a late tee time on thursdays .

when this story first broke I was watching the news and they opened with Tiger Woods Maybe cheating or some shit like that...then they laid out the facts, car crashed, golf club, window, tree, fire hydrant...There was no mention of ANYTHING remotely close to infidelity at all...
then some dumb broad(Media Expert/Analyst/or whatever the fuck they called her) was like " What was he doing out that time of night"? "getting diapers for the baby, ok..but if not THEN WHAT?? We have the RIGHT TO KNOW"

Most all of us have a lot to hide.
That's why it's sensible to keep your mouth shut and be willing to live with the unassailable fact that some people (the more famous you are, the more there are) will beg, whinge, grovel for the details.
