I don't see what the big deal is. There are probably over 100 people (players and coaches) the media can be interviewing. Bellicheck never really answers questions either but doesn't get massive fines. I think at some point the level of fines will not fit the "crime." I want to see these guys play on the field. I could care less about the interviews. Some of these guys shouldn't even be doing interviews because they are so bad.

I saw someone suggest elsewhere that the guy should be fined $500k for not doing an interview. At some ppint the NFLPA will file a grievance or sue the nfl if fines for not doing a 15 minute interview approach the amount of a game check. This is ludicrous!
