Okay Ill help you with part of this so maybe you can put yourself in the mindset of these people.
Feel free to seach this query for some of the events going around the city during June of this year

https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=st+louis+ritos+june+2020

Also just a day or 2 previous this old dude was attacked by a group protesting a statue. He was wearing a paws life matter tshirt BTW

Based on this, it seems clear there was no violence and no threats at the time and place when this couple pulled out their weapons and pointed them at American citizens. Violent activities by completely different people that happened miles away and days apart does not fit the standard for self-defense. If that was true all use of weapons could always be justified as self-defense. I guess this is the Liberals plan for reducing crime: just make everything legal and there will never be any crime ever again. Welcome to the purge.

Yeah dude I always fall for the same old trick.:ohno:
A person makes dumb ass comments to incite and play games...I then decide to stop responding when I recognize it

BUT

Then they make a sincere sounding post like they really dont get the point
so my dumb ass spends time to make another legit informative post
to answer questions only to have them posting stupid shit again.

Guess that is why my post count is so low after all these years

You got me good TomGButtPlugg

Of course violence is happening in every city now that Liberals logic dictates if there was a fist fight three days ago and 10 miles away that means they can commit any crime they want and just say it's self defense.

Good point. Casinos and grocery stores are private property, streets and side walks are public property. The American citizens these people pointed their weapons at were most all on public property.
Unless you live in an apartment, you ok with people walking on your private property? But not all on public property, so that is OK? BTY, walking on property that isn't yours and it is private property is trespassing

It is clear cut, not in dispute.
It was a gated, private street.
There were signs that said so.
Everybody in the area knew it is all private property.
The street and the sidewalks were all 100% private property and of course the land around the McCloskeys house was private property.

He will just say it’s not private property and they had the right to trespass and be there and hurl insults and use threatening language as they chant down the street as they break the law. Thats what America is to Tom.

This guy Hines actually said if he were the homeowner, he would've been scared but wouldn't have taken out his gun haha.

Bullshit.

I agree with you on this fact. The DA may be canned for this, but it is far from treason

That I can say I agree on treason. Far fetched.

On another note....10 page thread....well done Hines

Some of us are cut from a different cloth. I would never fire a weapon unless I was in imminent danger. You seem to believe otherwise.

You are like the third person here that has called bullshit on my personal experience and opinions? Is it so hard for you and others to believe that other people have different opinions and think differently?

Also, way to come back in and say this without mentioning you were wrong earlier. Classy.

I dont think its well done. Just sad.

I came into the thread and posted that it was nuts to want to execute the DA for treason but multiple posters think otherwise. Wild.

I would love to see the budding legal community at TheRx make a substantive case for treason because a DA is pursuing charges that probably wont stick.

Why would I believe otherwise? I feel the same and nothing I've said here would indicate any different.

No, I think you're just full of shit and acting like a tough guy when in all reality we know exactly what you'd do in this situation. We'd all do the same thing.

Wrong about what?

Actually, this opinion is bullshit and you know only a few nuts would here would actually believe this.

But what's wild is your opinion you can't understand why these two middle-aged people would be scared shitless that 300 protesters were on their front yard yelling shit at them. Any one of us would be scared shitless. That's what's wild.

Whoever mentioned treason is just spouting off but she will be sued and they will win.

I don't want to get into this for a large part of the day again, but if you really want me to re-post where you were wrong, I will dig it up once more.

Why do you have such a hard time believing that not everyone would act the same way in the McCloskey situation? Why are you continuing to argue such an easily disprovable point?

I told you already how I would react in this situation. I would be scared, but I wouldn't grab a weapon or point said weapon at anyone.

I'm pretty sure everything that can be said has been said in this thread by now. Nobody is going to move

It's time to let the legal process play out, time will do it's thing

Please point to where I made this assertion. When you asked me, I directly answered and said that I would be scared too. However, I would not point a weapon at other people. What's so hard to understand about this?

For sure.

As I've said, my initial post was just about how crazy the initial responses were. The three posts before my first foray in this thread were:

"There are many of these type prosecutors that Soros funded that dont prosecute crimes. She should be disbarred and then flogged." - Kenny B
"
Public hangings" - StevieRay
"
The people of st. Louis should hang her sorry ass for treason & derelict duties of NOT doing her job..... plus it'll send a message to her replacement , do your job or ELSE !" - rwjr
