The whole thing is a joke . Seriously on a legal note is pointing a gun a legal threat ? I’m 100 percent in favor of the homeowners just curious about the law and how it pertains to them on handling the situation. Forget common sense is there anything here that can really merit a felony?

I play a lawyer on this website and... no fuckin way. Toss it

This has nothing to do with anything but political intimidation, the crooked prosecutor knows that she doesnt have a case.

She is paid to send a scare into other law abiding citizens who may not have the same resources as this couple as
a way to dissuade them for standing up for their rights.

How anyone even remotely sane can defend the MOB or this treasonous Kim Gardner in this case and be against the
homeowners is shocking.

Also as a side note that not many people know, that gun that the wife owned was not even working.
Se was kinda funny swinging it around though:):)

Missouri attorney general says Soros-backed St. Louis prosecutor released all George Floyd protesters from jail

Gardner said she was elected to pursue "equal justice." This is why Gardner refused to acknowledge BLM mob criminality, and why Gardner went after the McCloskeys despite a feeble case against them. The McCloskey prosecution is just politics; race politics.

a George Soros-linked group has contributed $78,000 to Gardner’s campaign. This is part of Soros’ effort to undermine order in the U.S. by electing prosecutors who want to hamstring the police and go easy on criminals. His organization backed Gardner financially in 2016, and it’s doing so again this year.

hey fuck face

they busted the door in to get access. if you have a semblance of a brain you would read my posts. if you bust down a door to private property its trespassing. you have a nice day. cheersgif

There were absolutely people who had weapons pointed at them that did not break the gate. There is zero evidence that the people who did break the gate were the ones who had weapons pointed at them.

Having to resort to name-calling explains a lot. You obviously defend criminals and are against law-and-order, because you too have a very difficult time controlling your own emotions.

Pretty stupid analogy. Public property is not the same as private property.

Good point. Casinos and grocery stores are private property, streets and side walks are public property. The American citizens these people pointed their weapons at were most all on public property.

Not according to the castle doctrine. They have no duty to retreat. They are in their home. This is text book self defense. They were threatened and took reasonable measures to protect themselves.

Tom quit trying to turn this around and defend the mob. If you involved in a protest that turns violent, time to leave or if something bad happens to you, you have no one to blame but yourself. You are purposely not keying on the fact that each and everyone of the protestors were trespassing on private property. Cut the bullshit here.

It is very interesting that the Liberals, and left-wing wackos who are defending these people find it so difficult to describe what these threats were? There was a crowd of Americans outside their house. That is not a threat. There was a broken gate. That is not a threat. They pointed their weapons at everyone, yet it is clear the majority of the crowd were not making threats. That is not self-defense, they were perpetrators.

I love how Liberals now define a broken gate as a violent mob. Was there really any other violence was going on?

It's hilarious how the Liberals here always end resorting to name-calling.

Nah, more like mockery because NO ONE can be this stupid or can they?

You make it sound like they invited the community over for a cookout and when they arrived this crazy insane couple just
starts to wave their guns and threaten their guests.

If you were legit trying to understand I would try to break it down for you point by point but I dont even think you truly grasp the level of violence and destruction taking place around the country OR you just post to get a rise out of people.

Take it easy man.

I keep an open mind, but everyone here refuses to break it down to any points:
-What evidence is there that violence was going on in the area, and what sort of violence was it? All I've seen so far is a picture of a broken gate.
-What evidence is there that they were receiving threats, and what were those threats? People have been making claims that they were being threatened, but not providing any further information.

So despite what was going on in Minneapolis and spreading like wildfire these folks didn’t react appropriately like it was pre Covid and there was a parade in there neighborhood? I think they can make a case of self defense in any rational court room. Not to mention this crowd that was gathering probably were breaking some sort of Covid mandate I would imagine. My wife also had mentioned something about the gun waving possibly being a threat but put yourself in that situation what would you do to protect your home family personal property ? The amount of stress and anxiety these folks had to deal with thank god they didn’t fire there weapons then it would have truly been a tragic day for both parties. This should not be in a court room in fact it should have never happened . Political theater eventually the mob eats itself

The stuff that happened in Minnesota does not concern other events that happen elsewhere. That's just Liberal ideology, thinking American citizens can be punished for the actions of other people. I've been in plenty of crowds of hundreds and even thousands, both before and after the coronavirus outbreak and never once considered a need to point my weapon at anyone out of a sense of self-defense.
