Go to Wayne's Red Sox Talk Thread in mlb talk section(and everywhere else for that matter in the forum), and look at the manner and name calling and insults he uses most of the time to drive home his points, and tell me whether you think that is he manner in which a moderator should act.
If you think I am making all of this up, just simple read the other posts in his thread and what folks say about Wayne and the state of CM at this point.

I will repeat one last time:
I have posting on various forums for around 19 years and have been banned three times.
One was at the BC Forum because I rightfully criticized Charlie who had and who still has a sports service.
I was banned temporarily by Monte, the owner of the site because Charlie was a sponsor of the site.
The only three times I have been banned have been by Wayne 1218 in the CM Forum beginning in 2019, which coincidentally(or is it) the time at which Dr. Jack(0wner of forum) took a prolonged leave of absence to take care of his ailing wife and at the same time at which Wayne assumed his more inclusive role as a moderator.
Consider the fact that I have been a contributing member at CM since 2010, and I have never been banned before, while at the same time never changing my posting style or modus operandi- any intelligent and objective person can put two and two together.
Yes it is true that Wayne and I have major differences of opinion of the Sox and in this instance whether Dave Dombrowski is the only reason the Sox had no lived up to expectations when all of his started(they have played much better of late as you know).
But really deleting the posts and the entire thread I cited above and then banning me for life because Wayne cannot accept/tolerate my opinions(as well as his name calling and insults toward me) and that his own opinions are gospel, are beyond reproach and call for immediate action which I have taken here and will also do elsewhere.
Believe I or not, my modus operandi and long term goal is not vindictive but rather to try to get Wayne to change his evil ways and become a better person than he is.
I am very religious and spiritual and I feel driven to do what I am doing.
His lifetime ban for no reason is the straw which broke he camel's back.

I have stated mine and so far no one has taken up the challenge of posts 623-625 and why they justified a lifetime ban.
All NY Knight did instead(Waynes buddy) was to come over here and attack me without once SPECIFICALLY telling me why the ban was justified.
Imo it is because he had no real reasons.

That was a really funny read. He goes to a foreign Country and buys a wife half his age. He tries to convince people it was all about love but everybody in the thread knew it was all about her getting a green card.

Also I was banned at one other forum and not two and I explained the circumstances with the first ban which was temporary.
One of he most telling things about the permanent ban is that at CM that there was no reason given for the ban.
That in itself speaks volumes because it indicates that there are none or any which would fly with objective people.
Better yet-the "reason" given for my initial ban much earlier this year, and I am quoting is "sick of listening to him."
That also speaks volumes about Wayne's inability to come up with something SPECIFIC/CONCRETE as a reason.
One last thing before lunch:
I really love debating baseball and other topics and exchanging thoughts, opinions and ideas CIVILLY.
Unfortunately that was never was/is the case at CM and especially so with Wayne with me, who showed nothing but disdain, name calling, insults and deletions of my posts and threads and of late a permanent ban.
It looks like so far like the attitude of the moderators over here is a lot more tolerant as far as freedom of speech is concerned.
I would love to get involved over here with baseball and other RESPECTFUL and CIVIL discussions/debates and hopefully by so doing, bring some traffic over so that folks can partake in these type of things and make this a better forum than it already is
