Good news! Just got an email from Dr. Jack. He will square everything away when he gets back from the Greek Isles.
Even though I consider myself a good investigative/detective type person based on many years of professional experience, I have to say, Buzz Kill,
that you are a difficult person to read, ie what you actually do believe and how much you say is meant in sarcasm.
Based on your last two posts, I tend to believe that in this instance, option two is the clear choice.
Bozzie-essentially the same thing happened to me.
I received a one month ban in early July, was unbanned by the "generous" Wayne about 12 days later, and then was banned permanently in late
July even though I hadn't posted anything publicly since early July.
Perhaps Dr Jack can explain that one, although I wouldn't bet on this occurring.

Like everyone else, I was saddened to hear of Dr. Jack's wife.
That said, because of his wife's illness, I gave him many months to respond to my PM's and site feedback beginning at beginning of year
with documentation re: arbitrary deletions of my posts and my Sox Thread and then a ban by Wayne 1218, because I simply
and POLITELY expressed my views and opinions of Dave Dombrowski which differed from his own.
I requested some kind of explanation re: the circumstances as to why the actions taken by Wayne were justified.
So far and even though he has been back going on a month, I still have not received an explanation from Dr. Jack.
As I said before, if he simply wrote back and stated that it is his forum and that he/Wayne can do whatever they want without
any reason being neeed, I would have more respect for that answer rather than no response at all; I consider the latter cowardly,
and/or that he knows dame well that everything I said in those pm's and site feedbacks about Wayne are 100% correct, and he can
find no justification for the actions taken by Wayne.
That's it-thank God for the Rx where unlike CM there is NOT a tyrant/dictator/"moderator" deciding if a post/thread is fit dependent upon
whether it agrees with his own opinion and just as importantly where ownership does NOT condone freedom of speech and tacitly
supports censorship and unjust deletions and bans.
I was going to let this thread die but since several folks stated their own feelings today and since sufficient time has passed since Dr. J's
return to CM, I wanted to get this off my chest as to how I look at this issue in retrospect now that Dr. Jack has returned.
Hopefully this will bring finality to this on my end unless of course someone else posts something else to which I have
a response.
