Don't do it. It's an exchange and a D rated book with little volume. Simply use it as a trigger and bet at other books that are reliable. The LasPalmas family of books isn't paying anyone right now.

shows that from the .05 line to the .10 line, san diego is at .06 change. after that, the line is in favor of arizona. for rule #3, do i disregard the movement after the morning .10cent change? or do i follow the trend and say that the line is being bet toward arizona, or is that just public?

also, as it stands right now rule #1 applies to arizona as the play. however, it's still too early
