again, i haven't read this. but

1) does BAS get paid from RX?
1a) if so, why can't RX direct payments to Defying until the debt is paid off?

BAS already admit the debt AND this was to save Rx faithful from getting stiffed. I'm pretty sure BAS would agree to this as well.

When this thread started, I told myself I wouldn't post in it as it is just gonna be some wild rabbit hole of speculation and we're never gonna know the full situation anyway. We know what we know, hope these two legends can work it out. But all these hypotheticals are just guesses.

How do you know BAS would agree with that? What if he needs the money to eat? RX has already said it is a personal matter, they aren't stepping in. Obviously if it was that simple then it probably would've happened by now.

We don't really know BAS, we don't know Defy....Obviously $ could've been dusted off in a number of ways. How do you even know Defy had ulterior motives other than to help a friend? As Emmitt Smith once said, y'all are just flabbergasting your mouths.

I do have a silver lining though, at the rate we're going BTC might be worth so little that Defy would've just lost the 30 either way.

What struck me and got me to comment on this; is simply how the mod handled it. He first went out of his way to whitewash everything away by trying to delete it as soon as it came in.

Once that didn't work, as posters wouldn't let it die; the mod tried to blame the poster; he contacted my private cell phone, he brought this on the forum and broke off communication(the guy hadn't paid a cent in 3 YEARS).

Then the mod started to get a nasty and mocking tone; what happen to your lawyers? Are you mad that the site called it a private matter and didn't want to help you?

Lastly, the mod went to, this is a private matter that isn't a concern to this forum and people commenting will be banned for spam. Which this mod is doing to smaller accounts. As my original account got banned for "spam" for posting on this thread.

I don't really care but super way to do business. Steal from posters but make sure to lefty censor it.

This dude got bitch smacked by BAS a few years a back and hasn’t been able to let it go.

In a really strange coincidence, something similar happened at another site at the same time. In early 2019, several members at Cappersmall started complaining that they were not paid for the 2018 CM football contest. Don't know the exact amount but it was a large contest. The owner of the site claimed that his wife was sick and he needed the money but he assured everyone that they would be paid. To my knowledge, no one has been paid and no attempt has been made to make the members whole. The owner went by the name of "Dr. Jack"

Another poster and myself exposed what happened there. I got suspicious of the way the contest was handled , ( cheating ) complained about it and was pretty much enemy #1 after that. I was an outsider that cashed high two straight years in NFL pick 5 , so that wasn't playing well with the " good ole boys " which I later framed them..

Soon after I got word from a couple other posters about getting slow paid in prior years, or getting free passes into the following years contest , eventually finding out that it actually was a pyramid scheme.. I started calling the whole thing a scam , more info came out , I was banned shortly after by Zuckerberg and Dorsey. I posted odds on what was going to happen there. Lol.. think I hit most of those props.

Once the contest got exposed, Peter couldn't pay Paul anymore.. it was over. Jack made promises to get everyone paid. Last I heard , that didn't happen for at least some there. I personally got stalled 3 years prior with a 2nd place finish.. Jack seemed nice and credible enough , so didn't think twice about it.

Defying I hope you are made whole with this and BAS I hope you get back on your feet.

You won $5,000 and didn't tip a penny. How about sending Defying that tip you should've made when you were contacted to get paid.

10% is $500, certainly you can afford to send that to defying to clear out some of the debt.

Wait I know, it's locked in a safe you can't get to and have nobody around to get it for you.

There’s rumors circulating that Defying booked (and maybe still does) many posters here.

That's not a rumor, it was and still is widely known. However it has nothing to do with BAS owing nearly 30K for over 3 years.

Even if some of those he paid out were clients of his, he was still booking the action win or lose.

There's no conflict of interest here because what if none of those that won were clients? We don't know that information at all unless someone steps up and says yes I bet with defying and I was one that was paid by him in the contest.

BAS is on the hook upwards of 30K no matter what the situation.

I agree with this to a large extent, but there was an ulterior motive behind it. Help his long time comrade in his time of need figuring he would get it back or there was another motive that we don't know about. Either way, I get it, but don't agree with it.

I believe Red Eye brought up the other place that stiffed at the same time, again another "good guy" that stole from people that trusted him. Coincidence? Timing? Possibly, perhaps but damn strange.

Only difference is BAS poked his head out from the covers and got a little sympathy and a lot of f you Dr Crack put his head out shortly and just lied more sounds familiar to what BAS did because his story was ripped to shreds like Dr Crack

One last thing should BAS be fired and terminated from the RX?

100% YES without a doubt.

Will the RX Management team do anything?

Obviously they have their heads up their asses because they don't know how to talk their way out of this and if they do terminate him, they basically acknowledge something bad happened.

Perhaps a press release could be made.

RX Moderator steals 30K from forum members, management looks the other way.

Then the details of the what took place.

Once that hit a ton of sites and caught some traction they would do something.

Now being funny, could you see if this was reported to SBR? LMAO then again SBR is a separate entity of the RX now.

If this was during the hey days of the forum, this would be everywhere and action taken. Perhaps contacting some of those sponsors that are legal would get some action.

Are you the RX tip czar? It seems that you really want to be. You have decided to self-elect authority here to assign a 10% tip as appropriate? It sucks that Defying is owed money from BAS, but I'm completely uninvolved with what BAS owes him. I don't know why Defying offered to pay BAS' debt. Maybe they made some type of arrangement that BAS obviously hasn't delivered. It seems like the little brother (Defying) was burned by the big brother (BAS).
