that does not sound very business like coming from a book that BEGS for deposits by offering bonuses that would entice people to send you funds. You wrote the rules regarding the bonuses than you come on the forum and say 20% only untill a certain day and then don't understand why somebody is trying to send you money before the deadline? You wrote the rules including the 3,4 or 5X rollover required to keep the bonus and then you yell abuse! you would figure that after all this time you have offered bonuses you still can"t take the time to update any stipulation regarding the bonuses. The right thing to have done is to give him or anybody the bonus and change your bonus policy in the same thread that you beg for deposits. Oh! and then you try to buy favoritism by offering a 300.00 contest. How pathetic. all you had to do is give the man what he had coming.

UB - i just wanted everyone to see our side. as far as his "slow pay", like i said, then why was he trying to deposit today. however i can answer my own question, the reason he was trying to deposit with us is because he knows his money is SAFE. he also knows that his payout was processed the following day.

I know sometimes i let situations like this get to me. and i know its bad. i will try to keep cooler in the future.

I will say just one more thing. Hammy, no hard feelings. If you want to send the funds we will give you the 15% bonus. In the future please know that we will not give bonus dollars on funds that were withdrawn so recently.

I HAVE PLAYED THERE SINCE JANUARY, AND THEY ARE ABOUT THE FASTEST ON GRADING THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN....I MEAN WITHIN 2-3 MINUTES OF GAME GOING FINAL THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT....

2. I TOO, AM A SMALLER PLAYER...WHEN I GET PAYOUTS IT IS USUALLY 200-500.00....IF I CALL BEFORE 4PN EST, (LIKE IT SAYS ON THE SITE) I ALWAYS HAVE MY CONTROL NUMBER BY 5 PM EST...."1 HOUR IS NOT BAD".......AND I A COUPLE OF RARE OCCASIONS I CALLED EARLY IN THE MORNING, AND JUST GOT MY CONTROL NUMBER FOR ME WITHIN 15 MINUTES.....IF U CALLED AFTER 4 PM, IT CLEARLY SAYS THAT YOU WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT DAY...THAT IS NOT A SLOW PAY....

3. AS FOR THE BONUS, I AGREE THAT SHOULD BE IN THE RULES....AND I TOO, HAVE WITHDRAWN, ALWAYS LEAVING MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT TO PLAY ON...IF I LOSE THAT, I SEND MORE IN...I HAVE "NEVER" BEEN DENIED THE BONUS.....AND I THINK IF U WOULD DISCUSS IT WITH THEM WITHOUT THE BASHING, THEY WOULD PROBABLY GIVE IT TO YOU TOO.... AND REMEMBER , AT LEAST THEY TOLD U "BEFORE" U SENT THE MONEY IN....A NO-PAY, OR STIFF BOOK, WOULD HAVE TOOK YOUR MONEY, THEN TOLD YOU......

I know i would have reated much more harshly than you did. Which explains my never being a CS rep, or even being considered for a waiters position while in school..

I know you are not a "slow pay" operation, and, i would imagine 99% of the forum would agree that the circumstances presented do not merit a "slow pay" tag.

I do, however, understand hammys frustration with the way his WU p/o was handled, as i have had a similar problem at a book i once praised to no end...

Regardless, it is water under the bridge IMO, and i just hope all parties involved can simply move forward, and conduct themselves as adults.

BIG TEX - this is the last i will post on this topic. I respect your opinion and i know we have spoken to you on the phone in the past. you seem like a nice person so please keep an open mind and try to see our side.

we told him BEFORE he sent the funds. we told him that he cant get a bonus on funds that he took out just a few day earlier. its not false advertising or anything like that. he is the only one that has had a problem. and if he hadnt sworn at us and was so rude, we would have givin it to him in the beginning. he has made threats to us in the past. im not trying to cheat anyone. and in all honesty i am tired of the situation.

i harbor no ill feelings towards hammy. if i were in his shoes (the player) i would want a many bonuses i could get. however i am on the side of tring to protect BHB. sometime its hard to make everyone happy.

i hope he takes our offer an opens up some whoop ass on us. i assure you we will pay special attention to his payout.

It will be processed even faster next time.

I have given my side and you have given yours. We obviously disagree on some points. I am just not going to keep pressing the issue. I am well capable of doing that, and there is just no reason for this to continue. I don't need to be "right," that's for sure. You have your presence on the Forum, and you are of course entitled to that without getting bashed at each turn.

This is not intended to rekindle a debate, but I will have you know that it was not my intent to deposit the funds that I had withdrawn and make an additional bonus. It is true that I expected the reload bonus; I simply did not think that a $300 withdrawal would be counted against me, so to speak. On one hand, it makes sense that the bonus should not be offered in this situation. On the other hand, what incentive does one have to post up with a shop that is dealing 20 cent lines if not a reload bonus? So it is not so obvious after all.. At any rate, it was not my intent to take advantage of a bonus offer. As you can tell by my account, I have only taken one withdrawal of less than 50% of my account balance, whereas I have made some 5 or 6 deposits. Right? An argument could be made that if my intent were to maximize a bonus then I would have withdrawn the full balance and redeposited it to reap a greater bonus. Of course, I did not do that. I thought that you probably knew that you were up over a nickel on me and you wanted to encourage my postup.

I appreciate you posting, and I REALLY appreciate you offering the $300 contest in my honor. Did you read my idea for the contest? What do you think? Do you want to call it the hounds and begs Invitational? That is fine with me..hey I think that is a funny name.

Is there a rollover on the $300 or what's the deal?

It was the Twins game the other night that ended in a two run homer. It ended just before the HT of the Lakers game and I was waiting for the funds to get posted. I called up to ask if they would grade it, no answer. The computer did not grade the game.

I agree w/you that they could be top tier with 10 cent base lines and maybe some PM phone support or grading.
