Another"if i had been there this never would have happened". Anyone ever heard that before. Why charge the guy more for WU after you told him how much it was gonna be.Since her has to pay your WU fees, i doubt he can make anything extra even with a bonus of 20%. Your WU fees are alot higher than what WU charges.

It's called Customer Service 101

These guys don't understand the most basic aspects of CS

I guarantee you that Scott's answer would be "Why should we only charge him $39 when it costs us $40?"

The guy (and the whole company) have zero sense..

Justin at BHB told me 30 minutes ago that Scott would be apologizing in the forum and offering the bonus, etc.. then he comes in with clenched fists. You can see the types of punks that these guys like to associate themselves with. Crazy Punk

That is the mentality level...

It is not your class book like a Rio, Cascade, etc..

The only thing I see wrong with BHB is that nothing is stated on the Terms and Conditions of the bonus that would make HamNeggs wrong for what he did.

The fact that BHB caught this glitch in their re-up bonus is good on their part. The fact that HamNeggs never got the 2nd bonus and never wagered with it sure saved alot of trouble for BHB.

I would think the best solution would be to allow HamNEggs the 2nd re=up bonus, then put what you need to in your bonus terms and conditions so this wouldn't happen again.

If any of yall play in Online casinos yall would know about how important the terms and conditions are to a player.

The slow play was not slowpay. Some other books at a certain point in the night, wait til the morning to grade the rest of the plays. So sometimes u can't play on your winnings if you don't have money left in ur account. SIA does that too. I don't know the reasoning though for that.

it is scary to think that a book is just now figuring out that a player can make a redepmtion then turn around and make a deposit to get a bonus on the same money.

what is ya? new or something?

lot of books have gone under learning stuff the hard way.

I have nothing against BHB, but it seems to me that these guys like to party and that's great CHEERS, but you gotta wake up the next morning and get your payouts sent.

quote:
YOU WERE NOT SLOWPAID, ask around and see if people consider getting funds the following day a "slow pay".

And as far as bonus rules, this rule goes without saying. NO ONE WILL GIVE YOU A BONUS IF YOU KEEP RESENDING THE SAME FUNDS OVER AND OVER. Since we pick up the fees when you send to us, do the math.

So then a reload bonus only applies to someone who has never gotten a payout? You should say that instead of just saying "15% RELOAD BONUS". It would make it a lot more clear. You are a SLOW PAY BOOK and you did SLOW PAY me, period.

My understanding is that you want me to ask around this forum to find out who thinks that being put on hold for over 15 minutes a time then getting hung up on (several times) while requesting a payout amounts to a "slow pay." They are going to want to know who the bookie is so then I will tell them that it is BEVERLY HILLS BOOKIE WHO IS THE SLOW PAY BOOK.

oK and I will do it at all of the other gambling forums too for you in order to satisfy your curiousity ok? fair deal.

Personally I dont like the book, nor do I really like justin, but I will step on his side this time. Obvoiously hamm and eggs was bonus whoring around and "abusing" the bonus's to bet for free.

BUT I think a 24 hour withdraw is a slowpay* because there are to many great books with lower vig that do it around the clock 24/7

pinnacle, Carib Sports, and a few others.

quote:
YOU WERE NOT STIFFED. What are you talking about. We told you before you sent funds that you wouldnt recieve a BONUS.

so where exactly is the "stiff"

You advertise on this forum that you offer a 15% RELOAD BONUS. I was reloading and you turned me down. That is fraud, Scott. You have beaten me for over a nickel this month so I don't wanna hear about the $300 payout that I took last week at my OWN expense. Damn!

When you advertise a bonus and you don't make good on the offer, I think that people have an interest and a right to know about it.

When you put someone on hold for 15+ minutes at a time (repeatedly) and hang up on them, and it takes over 36 hours to get a Western Union, then that's a slow pay, Scott.

WHO IN THE HELL requests a western union payout of only $300??????????? Why on EARTH would you pay $40 in fees to only receive $300. That in itself tells me that you are not a good businessman Hammy! Sorry to go against you here, but come on man, NEVER get western union if you are requesting less than like $1000 or so. Or hell, get another book that pays ALL FEES on western union withdrawals. That is what I do, I get free WU payouts when I request payout in that format.

In my view, the fact that you are bashing this book for a payout of only $300 ruins your credibility here in this forum.

Hell, i think that books should have a rule that payouts be AT LEAST $500-1000 at a time. No reason to waste their time with lower payouts. 90% of the players requesting those small money payouts are bonus whores anyway and they are bad for all of us!!!

players, I left over $400 in my account. sorry that I am not as high roller as you are, and I lose "credibility" for taking a $300 payout. Ok, lol. So which books give free WU payouts?

Just curious why you think that it is so much better to be sending $1K thann $300. That much difference? LOL, not sure if you are such a high roller.

The rule makes sense if you deposit and then withdrawal you can not receive a bonus on your new deposit which was the winnings that you just took out????? This is why there is less books willing to post on these sites.

Hamneggs as long as they pay that is the only issue. Get your money and move on if you dissagree with their policies but I have heard this policy or close to it in most sportsbooks.

How about the fact that BHB had trouble with the payout?

How does that sit w/you?
