You know what, forget the credibility issue. They should have paid you a little faster than that, i do agree with that. But you probably shoulnt have come to this forum and said anything this early. Remember that you are due about $1000 from them next week. But at least that money will come with no rollover requirements!

Now I do disagree with their rule of not allowing re-up bonuses. They keep posting everyday about bonuses and when someone request a bonus 1 week after making a withdraw, then it should be given. ONLY payouts within 24 hours of a new bonus should not be honored in my opinion.


Now I didnt articulate exactly what I meant earlier about the $300. I meant that it just doesnt seem real smart to get only $300 when they will charge you 15% just to get the money. That seems like a real high amount for only $300. The cost should be about $29 or less if I recall.

I don't know if they slow paid me on purpose or not.

I've been reading this board forever....It is completely crazy to think that (a nighttime doesn't count...a biz day) one day for any type of payout except a netteller is too long. It wasnt so long ago people would expect it to take a week. What's next? A book fails to payback in 45min's and is called slow-pay?

I only mention this in relation to your situation, because if someone comes on to the RX talking about a serious slow pay situation, it should be just that. BTW, no one is gonna slow pay a 300 guy, they love you and will pay your FIRST, and really SLOW pay the guy with 27 dimes in his account---if they are sp'ing. Believe it.

It actually really pissed me off when the guy told me that he would have a control number at a certain time and when I called him he did not have the control number. Some people would call that bad customer service and not a "slow pay," but I consider that a slow pay. It means that I was paid slow, which is exactly what happened.

A good company would have had the money there when they said that they would and that would have saved me 30 mins. that day for sure. 30 mins. of standing in a phucking liquor store..this company has HORRENDOUS customer service, bottom line. good luck

Speaking only from my personal experience, whenever i wanted a payout, Justin or scott would always transfer me to the accountig department, and a woman there would handle my payout. So it wouldnn't suprise me that if it was late in the day, the payout wasn't proccessed until the next day. I'm just suprised Justin told you he could get it done, if it wasn't possible. As for charging you the extra dollar that too is suprising. When i requested a payout of close to $5,000 it was either going to be $60 for neteller or $50 to have it fedexed. I forgot how it happened, but they were kind enough to let me take via neteller and only charge me $50. And as far as the bonus goes, i've learned it's always best to first call and ask if your entitled to the bonus before sending your money. the one thing I learned is that bonuses are always at managements discretion, so you should always ask, especially if you just got a payout in the last week.

Just my 2 cents for what its worth.

These tactics are frustrating and can hurt gamblers when they request $ and it remains in there account past when they want.

More importantly, frame it any way you like, the main criticism we can draw from HAMS experience is that the customer service is wanting at bhb. Nothing frustrates me more then speaking to a person who cannot effectuate a payout , being put on hold endlessly and advised to call back. I dont think most of us think bhb is guilty of slow paying over $300, but they are guilty of poor customer service.

Ham should not be crucified because it is a small amount of money, that is his business and if he wanted or needed it, he should have quick and easy access to it, bottom line- withouut excuses.

The question is this : WAS HAMMY TOLD 5 MINUTES? DID IT TAKE 36 HOURS..I`D BE PISSED TOO IF THIS SIMPLE FACT IS TRUE!

If they dicked him for that buck for fees that is unbelievable!

There isn`t a good enough reason for Hammy to be told 5 minutes than have it take 36 hours....

The bonus stuff is iffy at best, at the same time BHB should have these rules set in stone so this kind of ticky tack monkey shit doesn`t happen.

Good point. Was thinking along the same lines.
I would imagine 95% of the forum sees what the real deal is, and BHB is best served just letting the issue die.

Either way, i still say the only thing BHB may need to apologize for, is the inconvenience Hammy experienced regarding his payout.
While i would not remotely consider it a "slow pay" situation, it is one that should not happen.

Anyone here who knows me, knows which book i used to be head-over-heels for, and a few situations similar to this have knocked them completely off that pedestal.

While not severe enough to bitch and moan about on the forums, it was damn sure enough to stop my praising of them.
