I read today on DRF that Saffie Joseph may not run any more horses this week if they don’t figure out what happened. He had a filly scheduled to run on the turf today and she was scratched. He has a horse scheduled to run in race 3 tomorrow and a filly to run Friday in race 1. Hopefully everything works out and his horse Lord Miles runs in the Derby.

#8 Concrete Glory, scheduled to run in race 3 today at Churchill for Saffie Joseph has been scratched. Not looking good for Lord Miles.

Good news for Lord Miles…

After two horses die, trainer will keep Lord Miles in Kentucky Derby — USA TODAY

Lord Miles was stabled at Gulfstream Park in Florida before shipping to Churchill Downs on Sunday, while the horses that died were stabled elsewhere.

By order of Kentucky Horse Racing Commission, all of Saffie Joseph's horses have been ordered scratched including Lord Miles from Kentucky Derby. Now Mandarin Hero is in.
