well i will try ! my last post on this "capper" was back on page #4, a mod at the R/X named Journeyman aka j-man who has over 80 thousand posts and has been a member going back to 2002, owes someone over 2,500. yesterday he wrote a good-by note. i truly don't know whats going on. all i know is we should have a HBO 24/7 TV SHOW ON THIS SHIT !!! my wife is even getting on the site reading this stuff !!! and she loves it !!!
I know this is addressed to the mods, but I don't think RX could really sue here. They probably couldn't get much money and it would create a total clusterfuck where a lot more shit is gonna come out. I think both sides will just confine this to "discredit the opposition mode".

The Rx is not taking legal action or suing anyone. I believe anyone can see what happened here who is following the thread at EOG closley is that a gambler went on tilt and got himself buried financially and is in need of some real help. I hope he gets it. Almost all of his ranting is stone cold paranoia.
Some of the stories he is coming up with are a long way from reality. Regarding me being some sort of international criminal, I just passed thru customs with no problems on September 7th to attend the Bash in Vegas. What does that tell you. That is the big data base that has all wanted for anything persons flagged.
Yes I did get arrested once for being a clerk in a small bookies office but the charges were dropped. Yes I did spend 18 days in jail in March of 2005 because I had an outstanding warrant for a failure to appear court appearance from 1992 that I didn't know existed. The reason for the 18 days is that is how long these dickhead DAs take to tell each other they are not going to etadite you for a traffic violation or dropped gambling charges from 13 years earlier if you missed a court date. Yes Shrink and General Pete covered for me for almost three weeks until I could get back online again.
I have no convictions on anything in my entire life.
I moved back to Mass in March of 2005 from Costa Rica because I am a VietNam vet and have diabetes and high blood pressure. I went home to get it treated right and natrually all my medical is free because I flew choppers in the Nam for a year (actually 13 months) in 1968. I was able to be an outpatient at a huge VA hospital in New England and also work for The Rx.com from my apartment on Cape Cod Mass from early Apirl 2005 until 30 September 2006 when I moved back to Costa Rica because my wife who is Costa Rican didn't like the states and missed her native land. She also does not speak English and had a hard time in very non Latin Cape Cod.
Today I am doing fine but have to take medication everyday for the diabetes and blood pressure but it is under control now with the help of a decent diet and some excercise.
Yes I got robbed by a home invasion back in November of 2006 when I was held at gunpoint by two ski masked thieves that stole a small amount of cash that I had in my wallet (around $20 in CR money) and took all of my electronics, flat screen monitor, computer tower, three TVs and a nice laptop that belonged to my step daughter plus all of my wife's jewlery and some rent money she was saving in her dresser..
Because of that I moved out of the city to where I live now which is right on the Pacific ocean on Costa Rica's west coast.

Trust me a little and do not take anything he says about Rick, Sportsavant, Marty or any other Rx employees seriously. To begin with he has never even met any of them. No one on these forums since 2002 has ever met him that I know of. I have been to three straight bashes and have no problem being seen in public. LMAO I have read both threads about all this shit. Hello its the weekend and we have baseball on the final weekend and also the college and NFL. Maybe if we didn't worry so much about this bullshit we could of come up with some great dogs this weekend and hit it good.

If you live in CR how do you know this Cigarman guy? Or how can you vouch for his version of what Jman owes is true. And why would the RX get involved anyway with some corner bookie's collections, he doesn't even post here so its not like he had some reputation or credibility. I don't know all the details so maybe there is more to this, it just seems weird to me - regardless of which story is true , Jman says he paid, Cigarman says he didnt. So if some bookie calls you on account of some other poster here, would the RX help him collect or is it only because Jman admitted playing with this guy?
And where is Dubpoet in all this? He has no comments on who Cigarman is?
