It isn't serious to me at all, but just from a basic objectivity standpoint how do you get the point of view you had? I dunno, maybe it isn't racist and I'm wrong but it seems pretty cut and dry to me. I already said I assume he misinterpreted/misspoke when he was just trying to make a point about something else anyway...
I am employed. I build and manage project controls/scheduling software for some oil companies. I work primarily from home and am on a computer at least 8-10 hours a day in communication with my team and coding/analyzing. I don't get why people think it's so hard to post on this site. It takes like 30 sec to click refresh and make a post.

Black people use the N-word all the time. To me, that's racist. To them, far from it. I'm not going to judge them. I'm not black, not in their situation and don't know what they're going through in their lives.
