I say Jake T is not allowed to post any more top 10 BS until he finds a spot for Caddyshack on this list.

Just read the list, worst list ever.

Maybe if this was a top ten Drama list it would be OK

Fine put it tied at #9 with Raising Arizona. I had two other movies tied for a spot, so Caddyshack can be too. Ya bastards.

Taking away my Top 10 ability is like taking away Tiger Woods' golf clubs. I can't be great without them.

Christmas Story?

Just trying to get you more posts Jake

It would top my "Top 10 Best Christmas Movies" list but it doesn't make the cut here. Thanks for the reacharound on the post count BTW.

I hope you mean the list is causing drama and not that the movies I chose are actually dramas.

absolute horrible top10 ....seemed like he said "just missed" to about 10 movies....i mean how many can just miss??

lebowski also has to be on the list....along with Fast Times...i dont think these can even be argued...that makes 4of10 when u include animal house which is another automatic...

and as many here already know...caddyshack the #1 greatest comedy of all time...i would also put Let It Ride in my own top10 so there are 5 down...

Caddy
Lebowski
Fast Times
Animal House
Let It Ride

the other 5 you can all argue

Easy Money is another good one that Wil may have missed on his list (pecsi is also great in that movie)....i love the part where they are at the track and they bet the bomb and the driver has his legs on the ground and dirt is flying everywhere...the horse goes from 6 in front to last....Dangerfield is screaming "we're going to hawaii...we're going to hawaii....we're not going to hawaii" lolol

Great in his time but he's been surpassed.

The Producers did nothing for me. I still love Robin Hood Men in Tights and Dracula: Dead and Loving It. He did Spaceballs too, another good one. Young Frankenstein is good. The guy has made some awesome movies but I just don't think they stack up to some of the newer stuff these days.

MARTHA FOCKER!

Harold and Kumar is a great one. The second one is awesome too. Wedding Crashers as well. Meet the Parents is good but not great IMO.

Something about Mary was stupid.

Every time I go to the movies these days it reminds me of buying a lottery ticket.

But then again I am just a grumpy old man, they just don't make them like they use to!

I didn't see anyone mention ZOHAN. That is one of the
funniest i've ever seen. Others have already listed
Austin Powers and Analyze This.

I am actually more of an action sci-fi lover, but have
been getting more into the comedy after seeing just
about everything the former genres have to offer.

Often the movies not mainly concerned with comedy
have some hilarious moments. Such as the one with
Tom Cruise the hitman with his black cabbie hostage.

Or the one with the Die Hard series hero {forget his
name, alzheimers} who's a washed up cop and the
black convict he saves from the dirty pigs trying to
murder him.

Blazing Saddles (Never watched)
Young Frakenstein (Was a favorite growing up)
Animal House (#3 baby)
The Blues Brothers (Never liked the original)
Uncle Buck (Top 30 for me)
The Jerk (Never watched)
Clerks (Excellent movie, Clerks 2 as well, both top 30)
Groundhog Day (Cool movie but I never considered it)
Wedding Crashers (Barely left it out of the top 10)
The 'Burbs (Never watched)
There's something about Mary (almost made top 10)
Fast Times at Ridgemont High (I think I've seen it but long ago)
What about Bob (Never watched)
The Big Lobowski (Very good movie)
Weekend At Bernie's (Classic movie but not top 10 material)
Caddyshack (This was one of the last of my cuts)
My Cousin Vinny (Good movie, I still hate that accent though)
Grumpy Old Men (Solid)
Stripes (Never watched)
Home Alone (Too kiddy for me)
Analyze This (Haven't watched)
Fletch (Haven't watched)
History of the world (Never watched)
Ferris Bueller's day off (Great movie, barely missed)
Major league (I love it as much as anyone but not up to par with the rest)
The Waterboy (Funny parts but Adam Sandlers movies don't do it for me)
High Fidelity (Solid, underrated one)
Ghost Busters (Good but I didn't think great)

Jake T - Have you got a chance to watch Blazing Saddles or the Jerk yet? If not, you are missing out big time.

9. Raising Arizona

It's a story about Nicholas Cage stealing a baby and if that isn't reason enough to make a movie then I don't know what is. This was one of the first comedy movies that both me and my parents liked and it's still funny to this day.

No way dude. Bad ass movie. How could you not like Hi?

This is Wilheim's list of movies that Jake T responded too. Couldn't believe he had never seen Blazing Saddles or The Jerk. I thought everyone had see the Jerk.
